5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

There are boardgames for those lazy moments and the Postauto (local bus) to the hill in winter and overall in the area, is just five minutes walk away. You will find a bakery, restaurant, butcher and grocery store within a 7 min walk. Price for renting the flat includes bedding and linens for 2 guests.
