WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

Wayzata Apartment - steps to lake and downtown

Cozy and bright ground-level apartment right in the heart of downtown Wayzata for up to four guests. Five minute walk to main street, as well as two grocery stores. King size bed in bedroom, queen size murphy bed in living room. Full bathroom with shower. Second bathroom located in living room also with shower. Galley kitchen with stove, oven, and refrigerator. Private laundry and dryer. Full control of temperature. Murphy bed can be used upon request! Off street parking.

Cozy Lakefront Cottage

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.

In the bedroom is a king sized bed and a smart TV connected to the internet for your use. The home is located on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Within blocks of the house, there are restaurants, shops and several grocery stores.

Welcome to our beautiful and family-friendly cottage just a short walk to Lake Minnetonka. Wayzata is a safe, fun, and relaxing community full of delicious restaurants, outdoor activities, and wonderful shops. NO BOAT OR WATER CRAFT PARKING. PERSONAL VEHICLES ONLY. No more than 2 cars, cars must be parked in driveway, no parties if any kind and no large gatherings. Strict noise ordinance 9 am - 9 pm.
