I wanted to treat myself to the best, as part of a birthday vacation – and oh, my, wow! This is the best! The craftsmanship of the space, the quiet of the woods, Mark and Beth's kindness and consideration. The impeccable cleanliness of the space, and the bed! I can't stop thinking about that bed! My time here truly was the kind of perfect experience I'd hoped for in gifting myself this vacation.

My (now) husband and I stayed in the yew room on our wedding night. The room was beautiful and large. The bed was VERY comfortable. In the morning Beth brought our breakfast to the room so I didn't have to leave. Beth and Mark were amazing hosts and such a pleasure to work with. I can not praise them enough.

The home itself was unique, spacious, warm and comfortable; pictures don't do it justice ! Hosts were so warm, so welcoming and fed us hands down the most decadent breakfast we've had in months. I couldn't be happier about our stay.

Jeff and Barb are some of the kindest, most down-to-earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They are truly wonderful people, and my stay with them has been nothing short of exemplary. Their property is tucked away in a forested, well secluded area, and is absolutely gorgeous. The air quality is second-to-none, and it is so refreshing to step outside your door and take in the serenity of the countryside. That said, it's only about five minutes into Cottage Grove, which has any amenities you might need; and about thirty minutes into Eugene, which is... you know... Eugene. If you're looking for a place to feel at home away from home; a place where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, then look no further. This is it.

This was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Throughout the entire process, Beth was a great communicator. We were arriving late but she called to confirm our late arrival earlier in the day. She told us the door would be unlocked and to come on in. Their signage is really good to the B&B. Their driveway is about a half mile long. We saw deer along the road coming in. As we pulled in, lights were on and we entered our room. Music was playing with the lights on low. Instructions were on the bed on how things worked. Breakfast would be served at 8:30am. The room was spacious and nice. It was super clean and lots of little extras. Fresh flowers in the bathroom, toiletries in the bathroom, and a wine set! We had picked up a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers for a snack when we arrived. We just used the knife to cut the cheese as it was late and didn't want to bother Beth and Mark. It worked though! The bed was comfortable and amenities were nice! We had breakfast both days which were very good. The waffles with strawberry jam were my favorite! The pineapple was good too. After breakfast our first morning, Beth showed us the Yew Room as we stayed in the Douglas Fir Room. It was the "honeymoon" suite. This is a perfect location for local wineries and a short 20-30 minute drive into Eugene. LOTS of wineries within 5-15 minutes. Beth even suggested some places for us to visit! She was very helpful! Mark has done most of the carpentry work throughout the property. I did sit outside one morning and drank a cup of coffee. I can't wait to return to this quaint bed and breakfast!

This place was amazing. The room was absolutely adorable; everything in the space had the greatest attention to detail. I'm pretty sure Mark handmade everything there; from the bed, to the coatrack, to even the binder for their guestbook! Beth and Mark are incredibly hospitable and the location is serene, private, and very cozy. Heck, even their breakfast was PHENOMENAL. Can't beat a homecooked breakfast cooked in a cast iron skillet! Highly recommended and I definitely hope to return.

We were greeted at the door by Beth's sweet warm smile. She welcomed us in and toured us around their beautiful property. The house is located deep in the woods, really peaceful with careful touches to preserve nature in every way. Our room -- the cedar room -- smelled like cedar, and opened up to a lovely patio surrounded by woods. It was amazing! The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Mark is an inspiring guy -- chef, forester, and carpenter. We will definitely go back!

My husband and I arrived late but arrived without any problems with Beth and Marks instructions. What a beautiful home away from the city!! Loved the privacy, the decor (the lovely wood), the bed and shower. Mark is a wonderful host and we both enjoyed his hospitality with the grand tour of the property and a great breakfast. Close to the beauty of Oregon south of Eugene with lots to see and do.

Everything was fantastic. The breakfast is delicious. Setting beautiful. The hosts are wonderful folks who gladly accommodated our request to take a later breakfast because of our early-morning appointment to run the Eugene half marathon. Overall, a five-star B&B experience!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Beth and Mark! We got in very late in the evening (after a 12 hour drive!) and the room could not have been more welcoming, not to mention even more gorgeous in person than it was in the listing pictures. The bed was super comfy too, another major plus on a road trip. Since I had let them know we would be checking in after hours, Beth called me a couple days before our reservation and gave me a heads up about getting there after dark, which was very much appreciated! The breakfast the next morning was phenomenal as well; Mark was super friendly and great to chat with. He also bailed us out with a windshield scraper since ours was buried beneath luggage and it snowed a bit overnight :) It was a shame that we had to check out so soon to get back on the road, hopefully we'll get to come back and stay longer next time. Thank you Mark and Beth!

Jeff and Barb were great hosts! We had a party of 10 that stayed in the tiny house and had some campsites. Jeff did everything in his power to accommodate us. He had some cold beverages waiting for us when we arrived and even stayed up to wait for us when we were late arriving. The tiny house is great - the kitchen had everything we needed with plates, bowels, silverware, mixing bowls, measuring cups, coffeemaker, a skillet, microwave, and hot plate. As it was summer we did not use the heated floors but the air conditioner worked great! Having access to a washer and dryer was extremely helpful because we were there for 10 nights. There is a lot of storage available in the tiny house as well. The tent sites we very nice! We were able to set up wherever we wanted. Jeff put little solar lights by each of our tents so we could find our way in the dark! The community area was wonderful - a nice fire pit, gas grill, and group tent with tables and chairs. We were able to mingle with other guests but also be on our own. There was a nice stash of paper bowels, played, plastic silverware, and plastic cups for everyone to use as well. We enjoyed the solar shower, what a neat thing! It was a little chilly the days it rained but at least we had access to a shower! Jeff and Barb also provided us with towels and wash clothes to use. Jeff set up a slip n slide for us that we were unfortunately not able to use because it got rainy the last few days of our stay. We did get the chance to try out the large swing and that was great fun! We didn't have to park too far away and it was well lit besides the solar lights at night. The wifi worked well enough, it wasn't super fast by any means but it was enough to get the job done. The are a few miles out of town so it wasn't spectacular service but it was service. Being out of town was worth it for not having fast internet - at night you could see so many stars and there was zero road noise! It was a great green view. Jeff and Barb gave us tips on things going on in town, places to go, and scenic routes to take instead of the main highways. Jeff came out and say by the campfire with us a couple times and is great to talk to! They have a few cute fluffy cats who wander around and let you pet them if they feel so inclined. They weren't all over you but nice to see if you are a cat lover. Overall, we had a great time at Jeff and Barbs! All ten of us would highly recommend them and sing their praises but since I have the Air BnB account it...

Quiet place that's very much as described. Jeff and Barb are very nice and good communicators. If you look at the pictures and read the descriptions there should be no surprises, I got exactly what I was expecting. Cell phone reception is limited in the area so plan accordingly. Lots of amazing hiking close by. Beautiful area and would definitely recommend. Great bargin for a private place thats not far from Eugene.

The description was very accurate but you don't really know what you are getting until you are there. It's a very unique place, self-contained with a separate entrance, though attached to the main house (and with access to a washer/dryer which I didn't use). Every inch of the house reflects Jeff's ingenuity and craftsmanship. I particularly liked the shower and kitchen with floor heat for comfort. The location can't be beat for beauty and serenity. I was lucky that the blackberries were ripe and Jeff encouraged me to help myself. Jeff is a remarkable guy and was very helpful dealing with some car issues I had. He bent over backwards to make me enjoy my stay. He and Barb were always accessible by text. We had several long and winding conversations which were an unexpected pleasure. I particularly valued the opportunity to experience "tiny house living" since I am considering building one. I got some great ideas just being in the space and also from Jeff.

Felt very welcoming. Place was the cleanest I've been in. Comfortable and well insulated. Will definitely stay again in the future! Was easy to find as well since hosts had a AIRBNB sign on the front mailbox. Do stay here!

This is a great little spot only a few miles from Cottage Grove. It's out in the country with clean air and peace and solitude. Jeff went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially like the fresh fruit and english muffins. The refrigerator and cabinets are chock full of drinks and goodies. They even had eggs and yogurt for breakfast if needed. There is a great drip coffee maker and they even supplied coffee and filters in case you don't bring any. The bed is very comfortable. The place is on the small side but everything that's needed is there. Washer and dryer are available and easy to use. All the toiletries you need are also supplied. The WiFi works great but don't expect great cell phone service since you are in a rural area. But Jeff is about to solve that problem by installing a cell phone signal repeater. he was working on this during our stay. If you like the country and peace and solitude this place is for you.We will definitely return.

Jeff & Barb were wonderful and attentive hosts. They have a quaint "little house" in a secluded area to enjoy peace and quiet. The house was comfortable and the amenities were well thought out. Would definitely recommend.

The cabin was beautiful and felt like we were in the middle of the woods yet still close enough to our travel destination that it wasn't inconvenient....the bed was very comfortable and we were provided with everything we needed for our stay...very private and serene and the cookies and drinking water available at check in were the cherry on top....We will definitely be staying at the cabin again on our next trip to the Eugene area...

The cabin is basic but clean and functional with all the essentials including comfortable beds, heating, hot running water plus coffee/tea and a coffee-maker. Jennifer was quick to respond and gave excellent instructions for finding the cabin. The location is very quiet and surrounded by trees.

This little cabin was adorable. It is exactly as pictured. It is the perfect cozy and clean cabin to stay in if you are looking for peace and quiet not too far from town.

Jennifer's cabin was excellent and comfortable... and my daughter adored the little loft room! We stayed with Jennifer and her family for an extended time (about a month), during which we received gracious accommodation and an abundance of respect for our space and privacy. Cell reception was no-go and that took some getting used to, but it turned out to be a blessing. At the end of busy days, I would feel so grateful rolling up the hill knowing that now was the time to truly relax and enjoy the surrounding views and peace. We even got to meet one of the horses! Would recommend Jennifer's place 10/10!

Simply amazing cabin! Breathtaking location. The cabin was absolutely magical and I highly recommend staying here if you in the Eugene area. The cabin has a modern yet simpler times feel to it. Can't wait to return to this lovely cabin when we get the chance!

This was an amazing place to stay! My friends and I just needed a place to stay along I-5 and it was a super private cabin that was cozy and had everything we needed. Definitely planning on coming back here sometime in the future.

We loved every minute of our stay! It's a nice little bit away from the city and commotion, out with the wilderness we felt at peace. Yet it wasn't toooooo long of a drive from Eugene (20 min) The size of this cute cottage was perfect, could have fit many more people comfortably! We will definitely be coming back! Heads up, don't buy any yogurt or milk before coming as they have goat products for sale!!!

I really enjoyed my one night stay at the Creekside Cottage. It was cozy and comfortable, and I fell asleep to the sound of frogs and a creek…a nice reprieve from urban living. Marshall and Katja were both very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed when I arrived, even offering to help carry my bags, very thoughtful! They are lovely people and I would definitely stay with them again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cottage Grove, an wonderful town with so much to experience, and the property was perfect for ourselves and our three boys! Our hosts left us farm fresh berries and yogurt and treated the boys to a tour of the farm! It was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable, if not rustic! I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Katja was immediately welcoming, and made sure we were familiar and comfortable with the cottage itself, and its amenities. The cottage is delightfully rustic and immediately adjacent to a real "babbling brook" (small bridge included), but still had all of the necessities to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The morning after our night in the cottage, Katja gave us (including our 14 month old daughter) a very relaxed tour through her farm while she was doing some of her morning chores. We very much appreciated the experience, and our daughter was over the moon getting to interact with and feed (with a little help) the animals. We very much appreciated Katja's kindness and hospitality. We'd highly recommended staying here, and we will definitely be looking for the next opportunity to visit this little cottage in the woods!

Such a beautiful, cozy space! We arrived here late at night, cold and tired after a long drive. Cranked the heater and crawled into bed. It wasn't until the next morning when we could really take in how awesome the cottage and its surroundings were. Katja and Marshall were super friendly, gave us local insights, and showed us around the property. Very cool people doing very cool things! I wish we could have stayed longer, but if we're headed back that way we will definitely try to stay there again.

Be sure to make time to see the farm if Katja/Marshall are available to show you. Amazing to see the sights and learn about daily life there from people as passionate as these. Have breakfast at Buster's in town and don't be afraid of the compost potty - it's harmless!

Beautiful, peaceful space, the cottage is comfortable and private. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout, more equipped than we had expected. Fridge, great shower, range and heater. Pleasantly minimal, no comforts lacking. We would live here. Lots of windows, great loft space, comfy porch. The composting toilet was awesome. There was zero smell from it, the bathroom smelled like cedar. Something I didn't expect was how much it added to the overall silence of the place with no flushing or other bathroom sounds. And no, you don't have to do the composting yourself. It's just like having a regular toilet, but you flush with sawdust. We loved the farm fresh goods; eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt. Katja, Marshal and their boys were very friendly and accommodating. Our 4 year old was even able to help with farm chores; feeding and milking a cow and a couple sweet goats, collecting eggs, etc. Katja was very patient and a great teacher, even though I know she had a lot of work to do. Many animal friends live here, goats, chickens, ducks, geese, cows, bunnies and a sweet farm cat. It's a great place for kids, or anyone who wants to slow down for a couple days. We played in the creek, sat on the porch and followed some geese around the property. It was a much needed retreat from the city. The town of Cottage Grove was nice too. A lot of things close a little bit earlier than we expected, but we never had a problem finding places to eat. HK brewery was great, casual, good food. We'll be back.

Steve and Robin were excellent hosts. They thought of everything that guests would need, and then more. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, with breakfast foods, coffee, juice, activities for kids--you name it. Fahla's house was perfect--even better than we imagined! We highly recommend Fahla's house.

What amazing and wonderful people. We found out about Steve and Robin almost by accident. It is our 4th year of bringing our daughters to Eugene for school. We typically stay in one of small hotels near the college, which not always the best experience but it is functional:-) They had a cancellation and we had last minute reservations...we more than lucked out. The cottage is extremely well equipped for a small family. It's is comfortable and to be honest it made me wish it was not such a busy trip becuase I could have curled up with a good book and never left. We will be back though!!!

Steve and Robin were fabulous hosts. If you need a place to get away to for a little while and disconnect from the world, go to the cottage and enjoy your time in a place you would love to call home. The cottage is everything it promises to be and our hosts were like lost friends that we did not want to part from. Steve and Robin are the perfect hosts. They live in the main house on the property and are available either in person of by text at any time. Fahla's house held my wife and our two teenage boys easily. The cottage is stocked with everything you'll need and Robin brought over snacks and pastries for our arrival. We love the property and the quiet evenings in the woods. Last night after returning home we sat outside with a glass of wine and gazed at the stars.

First of all, big thanks to hosts for bearing with us. We were little late to arrive (due to Oregon coast's spellbound beauty) but directions to house were perfectly listed and lights were on, door was unlocked for us. Really felt happy as soon as we entered the house. It was huge space ( quite huge for a family) filled with great lamps, music systems and motivational quotes. Early morning, I saw a deer on backyard and my day was made. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cutlery. We did a small nature walk early morning in Sanctuary and loved it. Would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for some quiet time away from city :)

This place truly is a Sanctuary! Not only is the tucked away woodland yurt a delight, but Bruce and Theressa went ABOVE and into the BEYOND for me! Their hosting flexibilities and kind hearted nature made this place tranquil. I hope to have this space all to myself once more in the future.

Bruce and Theresa made this one of my best Air B&B visits yet. First off, the property is stunning. Beautiful green grass, deers running through the greenery right outside, and a beautiful garden. The bed and mattress was extremely comfy, and I was surprised with how much space I had. The beautiful aesthetic of this space is complimented by the consciousness it breathes . Bruce, Theresa, and Aaron are thoughtful, kind, and respectful individuals who gave me a great stay at their beautiful home. Thanks You!!

The sanctuary was everything promised and more! It was very spacious and comfortable, all in a very peaceful area with great scenery. Would definitely recommend it if you're headed through Eugene.

Bruce and Theresa's Sanctuary was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Such an impressive building, and so comfortable, set against a beautiful forest backdrop. Communication from our hosts was excellent and they welcomed us and showed us around upon our arrival. The kitchen facilities (primarily microwave, coffee machine, and hot water from a boiler) were fine for our stay. The main room had plenty of bed space and a TV with DVD player, which we used when it got too dark to admire the fantastic surroundings. We were looking for accommodation in the heart of Wine Country (in order to go to at least one vineyard's tasting) and the Sanctuary was perfect for this. There were a great many Estates nearby and we chose Noble, only 15 minutes down the road, for a very good-value tasting session - again in beautiful surroundings. I would thoroughly recommend Bruce and Theresa's accommodation to anybody seeking a peaceful setting; fine accommodation; and opportunities to taste local wine.

The place was wonderful! The host provided directions to help us navigate the back roads and find our way and the area was amazing. The place had all the amenities to make a meal, plenty of space to roam, and even a piano.

We spent 10 nights in Oregon to attend the USATF Olympic Trials and truly enjoyed our stay at Sue’s basement apartment. This was our first Airbnb stay and Sue set the bar very high. We were greeted with freshly baked oatmeal raisin cookies and were given a loaf of zucchini bread and jars of blackberry jam on our departure. The apartment was very nice and the washer and dryer were invaluable on a 10 night stay. Sue and her family respect your privacy and are genuinely “good people.”

Sue's place is clean, spacious (for the 2 of us) and located beautifully! We appreciated her hospatality very much. Would go there again!

Sue's home is in a beautiful spot just on the outskirts of Cottage Grove. The basement apartment is very spacious and lets in a lot of natural light. The kitchen is great, and Sue is a wonderful host - offering us freshly baked cookies when we checked in! We would love to have stayed for longer, but had to leave after a couple of nights.

Sue greeted me with a warm smile and a plate of warm, delicious cookies! We communicated via text during my stay, which met my needs. The downstairs apartment has everything a person needs when traveling - including a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. I loved having a private entrance so I could come and go without disturbing my hosts. The home is situated in a beautiful setting in the hills above Cottage Grove. I took advantage of a sunny morning and sat outside in a lovely garden area.

Oh my goodness! This was my very first Airbnb experience and it was wonderful! Although the apartment was much bigger than I needed, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Sue is an amazing host....and was sensitive to the specific need I had for solitude. (and of course, as everyone else states, the warm cookies bring a delicious ambience to the entire experience :). The apartment was lovely, well maintained, and the grounds are GORGEOUS! To open the blinds in the evening and see the evening sky, or watch the morning creep over the hills was truly a blessing. Deer freely roaming and an occasional gaggle of turkeys was a delight. The location is off the beaten track, in a well gated community in the hills surrounding Cottage Grove. I will be staying here again, and sharing this experience with anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Kaye was very welcoming and easy-going. She was very sweet with my dog, as well. Her home may not be the best spot if you have sensitivities to scents or to barking dogs (her little chihuahua mix barks loudly whenever anyone leaves the house). The room and house were all very clean and tidy.

Kaye's place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the rolling country side of Eugene.Kaye's home is A turn of the century home which brings you back to the pioneer era which is a super unique experience in itself, there's even old artifacts scattered around the yard.Oh and the claw foot tub is so relaxing .Kaye makes the bathroom feel like your in an underwater aquarium. Kaye herself is a five star host, she makes the guest feel at home,and she's really fun to hang out with, drink a beer, go on a hiking adventure. And her dog Carlos is funny cute little dog.Country Views from every angle, Highly recommended Kaye's place!

Was just the right place for me to stay over a long weekend of equestrian activities at a nearby dressage facility. Great location, peaceful place, comfy bed and nice hosts in Kaye and Carlos.

I really enjoyed my stay with Kaye! Kaye was very helpful and accommodating before and during my stay. I loved her country oasis . I wished for could have stayed longer. Carlos, her canine right hand man, was adorable and very welcoming. My room was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was big and spotless. I plan to return often and hope to share this experience with my partner in the near future.

My stay at Sarah's was lovely. It's a few minutes from the town centre and yet is located in a cozy quiet neighbourhood. Walking friendly area. The room itself was enormous with a large bathroom complete with large jacuzzi tub. The room included a large couch with chaise, two queen beds and a large flat screen TV,ceiling fan, small fridge and coffee maker. Sarah included complimentary snacks and chilled water. A nice touch. Sarah was pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend her place. One caveat though.... She has a dog and oddly the room had a decidedly dog smell. Don't let this discourage you. It's an easy fix. Air the room out and keep the door closed. Small matter. I'd give 6 stars yet have to take away one for the odor. Just ask her ahead of time to keep the room fresh. Thanks Sarah for your hospitality and shout out to your son Ben for helping out as well. Book this room.

Sarah was the BEST. So kind and friendly. We were late arriving due to our situation and she stayed up till midnight to make sure we got in alright! Fresh picked blueberries and a clean spacious room! Everything was above and beyond. My husband and I couldn't be happier. She is a blessing :) not to mention two adorable dogs! This is a must stay if you are passing through what a great deal!!

Very clean and cozy. Host was over-accomodating. I would love to stay here again and will absolutely recommend Sarah's place to others. The unit also had an amazing jacuzzi spa tub, snacks, drinks, air-conditioning, etc.

Even though we were running late and arrived at Sarah's home right around midnight, she and her pets gave us a warm welcome. After we chatted for a while, Sarah took us up to our room. She gave us a tour and explained where everything was. The first impression that you get is exactly how big the room actually is. The pictures of the room just cannot depict the actual square footage of this place. Plus, the cathedral ceiling makes the place look even larger. The best part of the place would have to be the luxurious bathroom with its deep, oversized jacuzzi tub, double sinks, elegant cabinetry, and natural stone tiles throughout. Both the room and the bathroom are even better during the day with natural sunlight accents coming in through the multiple skylights. If only one word could be used to describe the place, it would have to be comfortable. This word describes everything from relaxing in the jacuzzi tub, walking on the plush carpeting, sleeping on the queen-sized beds, enjoying the ambience of the natural gas stove, to just lounging on the huge sectional sofa watching DVD's on the wall-mounted TV. Besides the gas stove, there is also an air-conditioning and heating unit on the wall above the desk that is remote-controlled. The windows on both sides of the room create an excellent breeze through the room on temperate days. All the necessary amenities are provided, including Peet's coffee. Did I mention the hundreds of DVD's that are located in the closet under the TV? Sarah and her pets will give you all the privacy that you want, but they will also happily talk and play with you. We had many great, stimulating conversations with Sarah, and her pets loved to be petted behind the ears. And , hard as it is to believe, her dogs never barked once the entire 5 days that we were there. Probably the best compliment that I could give Sarah would be that we rarely left the house during our stay there! It was so comfortable and felt like home. If you are fortunate enough to stay with Sarah in the future, definitely get her to tell you the story about the crater on top of nearby Mount David and even walk up there with her and her dogs.

I stayed for one month waiting for a home to close escrow. The room is comfortable and good sized. It was clean and Sarah provides little goodies to make you feel at home. She has a pleasant personality; my stay was satisfactory in every way.

Fantastic experience with Sarah and her dogs. My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful night at Sarah's spatial and comfortable home. Actually, we arrived late while Sarah gave us big warm welcome and sweep all the tire away. The room we stayed is clean and quiet, the bathroom is luxurious. and location of the house is very convenient to go wherever you want.

James and Catherine are wonderful hosts. This was our second stay with them and we will be back again. Everything was clean, comfortable and accessible. They have a wonderful deck and gardens surrounding the home.

As a host myself to an event in the area, I housed a judge in this home. The judge was very impressed with convenience and comfort of his room.

James and Catherine are gracious and welcoming hosts and have an absolutely lovely home. We got in to two hours later than we expected due to traffic and they were still very kind and accommodating. The bedroom was very spacious and clean. There were fresh flowers, fruit and granola bars, a mini fridge filled with water and cream, and teas and local coffee! Since we were there for a triathlon, the coffee and fruit was extremely helpful and made our stay just that much better. We took it easy our first morning there, and were able to enjoy our coffee on the patio by the river, and roam around the big backyard picking blueberries straight from the source. As friendly as James and Catherine are, they also gave us the perfect amount of space and privacy. This was both me and my girlfriend's first AirBnB experience. Needless to say, it is one that we won't forget, and we look forward to visiting next year for the same triathlon.

Let me just say this experience was fantastic in every way. James and catherine went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They have a lovely home and our room was more like a master suite. Very large, with great appointments and amenities.A welcome bottle of local wine with fruit and other goodies. Great coffee, and a wonderful deck overlooking the small river that flows through the town. Catherine has incredible gardens throughout the property that have been given tons of TLC. They were wonderful hosts in every way. We have stayed in lots of Airbnbs but his one outranked them all.

Catherine made us feel welcome and comfortable as soon as we arrived. The neighborhood was pleasant and close to the downtown area. Jim and Catherine have a lovely, clean home along the river with a beautiful deck to sit on for river viewing and listening.

This guest house was a comfortable place to stay. It is warm and nicely decorated and stocked with some tea and pretty dishes. The ladder to the top bunks does not inspire confidence but it did work. The town is pretty charming and we found a restaurant with vegan and vegetarian options "jack sprats". We rode the Row River bike trail all the way out to doreena lake which is pretty pleasant. This was an excellent place to stay. Very cozy and in a nice location. I would definently stay again.

Stacy was very friendly and the guest house was clean and comfortable. Ladder to loft was a little shaky but fine for the kids. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Location is great for a short walk to a few shops and good restaurants (recommend Jack Sprats).

The house really is quite tiny, so it's a great chance to try out living tiny! However, even with the description about the ladder to the loft, we felt it was too rickety, and not safe. The house is an economical choice, with the decor quite stark. The fridge is quite tiny, and not sufficient to freeze ice packs over night. With no air conditioning it was quite warm, although the fan in the loft did cool that area much better than the lower level.

My husband and I stayed here after he played a music show at the Axe and Fiddle. The house is conveniently located and only minutes away from the venue. It was quite and quant. There were clean sheets, and towels provided by our host Stacy.

Stacy was very prompt in responding to requests. We arrived for a quick stop on our way up to Portland, so this met our purpose. The area felt and looked safe. If the weather happens to be in the 90's, be prepared for a warm night, as three beds are upstairs with a fan in the window. The pullout couch bed was a bit on the uncomfortable side.

Stacy's place was great. She was really accommodating as we ended up having car trouble and arriving late. The little coach house was well stocked and cozy. We would happily stay at her place again.
