Outbuilding of 28 m2 classified as 2-star furnished tourism by Eure-et-loir Tourisme, quiet in the Center region, 25 km from Dreux and 35 km from Chartres, 1 hour 15 minutes by train from Paris. Accommodation with all amenities, a 160 x 200 bed with a high quality mattress, linen provided and fully equipped kitchen, a microwave, hot plates, a fridge, three televisions are at your disposal in the accommodation, the accommodation is completely separate from that of the owners, no neighbors.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. The Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. It is a former stable renovated into a charming holiday home with all amenities. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood-burning stove and opens onto a large private garden with barbecue, garden furniture, ping-pong and bicycles available.
