The kitchen offers you everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar, which will make it easier for you to start your day. In the bathroom, you can expect a big shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The small Tiny :-) Studio is lovingly furnished with a small kitchenette (microwave, double hot plate), double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m, bathroom with shower and toilet and a small terrace with seating. Directly on nature, ideal for hikes, bike rides and city tours to Frankfurt and Würzburg. The accommodation is close to Aschaffenburg in the Rhine Main area and on the edge of Spessart and Kahlgrund.
