The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets.
