The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

From the property, you can reach, for the Brückenbaron within walking distance and the city of Würzburg within 30 minutes.

Right on the bike path, below the vineyard, our little feel-good place is hidden behind an old industrial yard - Apartment 25. Between the vineyards and the Main, our apartment shows a special side - a bit vintage, a bit playful - maybe a little unusual - but that's why it's special. And always with a lot of coziness! You can discover Marktbreit and the surrounding wine villages, but the small terrace also invites you to linger.

Living in romantic Marktbreit (apartment FOUR)

We have furnished a completely newly renovated apartment in our commercial building in the center of Marktbreit 2019. The apartment (75 sqm) is on the 2nd floor and has a bedroom with a large double bed and a pull-out day bed. In the large living and dining room, an additional large sofa bed for 2 people can be pulled out. There is a bathroom, toilet, storage room, kitchen with dining area and a large balcony (30 sqm).

This stylish place to stay is perfect for up to 4 people. As a starting point for day trips, bike rides, hikes or motorcycle tours, the apartment is ideally located. The historic town center can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Marktbreit also has a diverse gastronomy. Of course, Franconian cuisine is excellently represented and invites you to linger. Supermarkets for self-catering, pharmacies and doctors are on site.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours.
