With this special accommodation, all the important points of contact are close by – making it easy to plan your stay. 5-minute walk to the beautiful Main River. Enjoy the city on weekends from May to October. Explore the old town and possibly the Fastnacht Museum. Shopping facilities within walking distance. Enjoy coffee and cakes right at the house. Unfortunately, this apartment is not barrier-free, as it is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

This stylish property can accommodate 1–2 people (one child up to 2 years of age is also welcome and can sleep in their parents' bed). Vineyards, hiking trails and the historic old town of Marktbreit are all within easy reach – ideal for couples, short breaks, business travellers and anyone wishing to explore Franconia.

The "Kleine Stall" stands for deceleration, sustainability and real village life. Our lovingly renovated apartment combines historic charm with modern comfort – ecologically built. For up to 6 people, ideal for families & friends. With a private sauna, hot tub, home theater and access to the play barn. Restaurant & farm shop in the immediate vicinity and a few minutes to downtown Kitzingen. Arrive, breathe and enjoy the time - together.

Guest room Michelskeller

Right next to the market square and the town hall is the Michelskeller in Sulzfeld, a restaurant from the 17th century. century, which has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guest room offered here, with a small kitchenette and private bathroom with shower, belongs to the second floor of the building, which also includes an apartment and a vacation rental next to the room. The restaurant is currently not managed.

In Kitzingen, just 20 km from Würzburg main train station, Texashaus Apfelbacher offers a vacation home with garden views, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The vacation home with a terrace and mountain views has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Towels and linens are included in the vacation home.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours.

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

Our 50 m² vacation home is located directly on the historic city wall of Marktbreit. In this, there is everything you need on two floors. The house can be reached through a romantic alley and is easy to find through the adjacent jetty tower. The train station and the city center of Marktbreit are within minutes walking distance.
