A bakery café & a bus stop can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge and the Main Ferry Nixe in about 10 minutes. Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Mainroom Kitzingen

Unsere gemütliche Wohnung im Stadtteil Etwashausen bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge am Main und im fränkischen Umland. In nur 150 Metern erreicht man zu Fuß das malerische Mainufer. Von dort aus kann man auf den Main-Radweg gelangen oder einen Spaziergang am Kitzinger Stadtbalkon und durch die Altstadt unternehmen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss mit Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essecke, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Balkon bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Just 50 metres from the vineyards, this apartment (studio) invites you to relax. A few minutes away, a dream round of the district Kitzingen past the property. From Obernbreit you can quickly reach the Maintal and also the wine paradise of Franconia by bike or car. The area also invites you to hike. Cities such as Würzburg or Rothenburg ob der Tauber can be easily reached by car or public transport within about 20 - 45 minutes.

Bright apartment, next to the town hall, on the first floor of the Michelskeller. The fully equipped apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower and two rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and in the living room a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). In total, a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated. The entrance is via a key box, so it is flexible from the check-in time.

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Historic locksmith tower

The Schlosser Turm is part of the old city fortification from the 14th century. It is centrally located in the village and parking is available on site. Wi-Fi is also installed in this historic tower. The tower has been completely renovated and is available for booking from September 2020. It's an exceptional place to stay in the beautiful Tauber Valley.

Our 50 m² vacation home is located directly on the historic city wall of Marktbreit. In this, there is everything you need on two floors. The house can be reached through a romantic alley and is easy to find through the adjacent jetty tower. The train station and the city center of Marktbreit are within minutes walking distance.
