It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. What we love about the place are the soft sounds, serenity, and sublte but substantial emotions that are fueled by the surrounding nature and healing and cleansing navigable river. if you are a steward of the river and promise to treat her with respect , you are welcome to book your stay. It's out in the country but close enough to town ( 10 mins to San Marcos, and you can take back roads! The eco friendly landscape is amazing and it’s sustained with our rain collectors.
