Located directly on the river, 3.5 room apartment, classified by the German Tourism Association, 4-star, non-smoking apartment in a quaint old half-timbered house. It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland forest route is right around the corner and many nearby attractions (Reckenhöhle, Balver Cave, Luisenhütte.) The Sorpesee is a few minutes by car. We offer you a wonderful stay in a tranquil 2 bedroom apartment on the outskirts of the Ruhr area. This is a cozy attic apartment on the 2nd floor. An additional bonus is the private bathroom as well as a separate entrance. In addition, the apartment has all Furniture that the heart desires. Even the minimalist kitchen is fully functional and houses a stove, a Oven, fridge as well as a small Senseo machine.

The apartment is on an old knight's estate from the 16th century. The property has its own park and a small lake, which unfortunately can not be used for bathing. Otherwise, you are free to use and linger. Everything you need to live can be found nearby. From the food market to the gas station, from the bakery to the pharmacy or doctors, everything is more or less in walking distance.

Beautiful friendly apartment

Our guest apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. Close to lung clinic (about 3 minutes walk) and downtown (about 5 minutes walk). Bed linen or corkscrew, everything is available. All shops and very good gastronomy nearby. Bus station 5 minutes on foot Highway A 46 5 minutes by car Parking spot outside the house. Check-in window 3-8pm (later by arrangement only)
