The cottage stands close to the lake, in a secluded location and surrounded by trees and shrubs. It has its own outdoor sauna, a boat and a wood-burning stove. Welcome to your private hideaway!

We offer our guests a 72 sqm apartment with spacious living, dining area, open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and large refrigerator, bathroom with shower and bathtub, balcony. Our house is located in a traffic-calmed Stichstraße in the district Warmen between Fröndenberg and Wickede. Plenty of parking is available in front of the house. A bakery with a range of groceries can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. All other shopping facilities can be found within 5 min. driving time.

Iserlohn - Modern basement apartment

The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.
