We offer our guests a 72 sqm apartment with spacious living, dining area, open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and large refrigerator, bathroom with shower and bathtub, balcony. Our house is located in a traffic-calmed Stichstraße in the district Warmen between Fröndenberg and Wickede. Plenty of parking is available in front of the house. A bakery with a range of groceries can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. All other shopping facilities can be found within 5 min. driving time.

It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. Our guest apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. Near the lung clinic (approx. 3 minutes' walk) and the city center (about 5 minutes' walk). Bed linens or corkscrew, everything is available. All shops and very good restaurants nearby. Bus station - 5 minutes' walk Highway A 46 - 5 minutes by car Parking spot outside the house. Check-in window 3 PM - 8 PM (later only by appointment)
