Charming duplex (60 m2 Carrez law, 90 m2 on the ground), in a listed building located two minutes from the cathedral (view of the cathedral from the living room and one of the bedrooms). Bright apartment, very well equipped, located on the 4th floor without elevator access, dual-aspect and offering an unobstructed view.
