PoliHouse 2 is an apartment with attention to detail in Monserrato near the university polyclinic. It consists of a renovated and cozy bedroom, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen equipped with every comfort, and a laundry area with a washing machine. The entire house is air-conditioned, and you will have Wi-Fi and TV at your disposal. Towels and cotton sheets are included in the stay. There is a private parking space (please note: the parking space is not suitable for large cars).

È possibile parcheggiare bici o moto nel cortile interno. La metro e l'autobus per Cagliari/Policlinico si fermano a pochi passi da casa. Il Poetto dista 8 km. Si tratta di una struttura che comprende 3 appartamenti indipendenti che si affacciano su un loggiato comune. In uno di questi abito con la mia famiglia.
