Stunning stay with a view. Couldnt have been happier. Phuket town is more of the real Thai feel compared to Patong which is more of a tourist place. We loved our stay here. They also had motor bikes for rental which really made our experience here being able to go wherever we pleased without the high cost of a taxi. Felt very safe in the plaza, having a key to even get into the building and use the elevators. Would recommend this to everyone.

We had a great stay! The place was clean and tidy. We were even provided clean towels and shower products. The kitchen was also clutch. One of our favorite things about the place was the rooftop pool!

Our stay at the Base condo was fantastic, the room is clean and the bed comfortable. Close to great food and definitely a local vibe, which we loved! The pool was amazing but there is also a lovely rooftop seating area that is more private and allows for a 360 view of the area, our weather was perfect and we went to the rooftop every night. The woman (Jup) who shows you the room is always available to help, sometimes we really needed her and she was kind and patient with our requests. Highly recommend a stay here!

This hotel was perfectly as described. It is a bit near the end of the Patong beach but still close enough to walk to all the great food and shopping. It is directly across the small street from the beach that has swimming areas and long boat tours available. There is coffee, water and mini refrigerator in the room. They provide shampoo and shower gel as well as towels for the pool or beach. Staff speaks English. We highly recommend this place.

Loved this stay we booked it for 2 nights but ended up staying for 4! All the rooms are beautiful and super clean. One of the few places that has a rooftop pool right I front of the water! Good location, was just a little far from the main area but nothing more than a 15 min walk. Would stay again, highly recommend.

Great hotel...in an amazing location. The staff there are also very friendly. Beach is literally across the street, currency exchange, 7 Eleven, great food options, all steps away. And the food at the restaurant downstairs is even delicious. Would recommend to everyone I know!

Great location right in the mix of things if you don’t mind a bit of noise from the streets. We didn’t find it to be overly disturbing. Room service food delivery was super fast! Cute little rooftop pool. Loved the big tub in our room with a view of the beach/sea.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Deck. It is the nicest and cleanest place we stayed at in Thailand. I would stay here again if I come back to Patong beach.

Lofty is a great place to stay. You are in the city but you do not hear anything once you back in your room. The pool on the top is fabulous with a stunning view.

Very good, there are two small problems, the first one is that the landlord does not speak Chinese, but the problem is not big, and can still communicate. The second one is that the swimming pool elevator on the top floor can't go up, only climb the stairs. It is always a very happy trip. The accommodations are all available, and the pots and pans are all available. We also made our own Meal, very close to the beach, just 5 minutes walk. Recommended

Check in is relatively smooth, the environment is not bad, the swimming pool on the top floor is relatively small, because the trip is full and there is no swimming, the room is clean, there is a small balcony. The location of the B&B is quite good. It is also very convenient to buy 711 nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Patong Beach and Jiangxi Cold.

I always book Airbnb Appartement, when i travel. I must confirm that staying and communicating at Loftys Place was one of my best experiences. The Appartement are very well equipped and look amazing. The location ist great. It's perfect for couples. Not far away from the beach and from the loud party area, so you can have a quiet neighborhood which is very near to the center. I strongly recommend these Apartments. The best thing about booking a Lofty Appartement was the communication with the staff. I have never experienced a better communication. The are 24/7 available for any questions or calls. They are very kind and will try the best to help at any time. I used their service to book to trips (James Bond, Hyperboat). The James Island Trip was great. We had a problem getting back to the hotel, cause we had to wait to other group, so we had to wait abt 50 minuets. But it's wasnt Loftys fault so it's not a minus point for them. The second service was the Hype Luxury Party Boat. Well I don't recommend it to anyone who really want a luxury party boat, because it's NOT LUXURY at all. Especially if u are a couple and want chill out lounge music with chilling atmosphere, because it's really not. the promise chilling nice atmosphere at the boat and good snorkeling areas. Due to the bad weather we had to change the route to another snorkeling area. I was asked to sign, if I agree l. Before signing I asked the staff twice, if it's a good snorkeling area(the alternative one) and the staff confirmed twice. 20 min later I asked another person of the staff and he told me that its not a good snorkeling area. It felt like weird so I didn't sign. The second staff member was right. It was the worst snorkeling place. We were allowed to stay 50 min at the new area, then we had to go back. On their website they promised 1.5 h of good snorkeling. They claim on their website (Hypewebsite Not Lofty) that they serve alcoholic beverages. We found out on the boat, that they don't serve alcoholic drinks because of Buddha day. I asked them why didn't they update ist a day before and why didn't they cancel the trip, if the weather was going to be bad. Their answer was more ridiculous than their service. They didn't cancel it because most people have fun, even if the weather was bad and they only knew very late that today is budda day so they didnt tell anyone or sent any messages or mails. That's was the boss answer on the boat. The official website answer (Lofty was very kind and sent them my complain) was that it's very rare that customers order alcoholic drinks on their boat, that's why they didn't need to tell anyone about budda day. The whole experience was really bad. Not to mention the drunk group who bought Illegaly alcoholic drinks on the island before leaving and were served with empty ice buckets to drink alcohol. They were served even from the boss. So to conclude every thing.. Thanks to Lofty the company refunded me for this horrible experience. To conclude everything: 1. I totally recommend Loftys services and Appartement. 2. Best communication ever. 3. DON'T BOOK THE HYPE BOAT. IT'S A SILLY 'WANA BE' LUXURY BOAT.

Would highly recommend this spot - the only thing we looked over was that it wasn’t all that close to restaurants or attractions but that’s nothing to do with the stay - which was incredibly comfortable and luxurious.

Everything is exactly as seen in the photographs. You will need to hire a bike or car to get around, but that is pretty standard when visiting Thailand and the U2 team can organise that for you, if you wish. As regular visitors to this area, it was ideal for us, with the added bonus of being a quiet and peaceful stay, which is just what we like.

It can't get cleaner than this. Entire place is beautiful and thoughtful touches everywhere. Would def come back.

This apartment is amazing! Been staying here two years in a row, and will definitely be going back if I visit Phuket again. The room is the perfect size for two people, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We use the kitchen a lot as well as the restaurant at the top floor. Great service and great food. The pool is so beautiful and perfect if you don’t feel like getting sandy on the beach. Stores and other restaurants is close by. The hosts are amazing as well, they arranged transport from and to the airport for us, and they answer very fast. Great communication! And super nice! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Thank you for the great location and room loved it. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. I bought chlorine so I could enjoy a bath. I didn’t like the fact that I had agreed with one of the staff members for check out at 18:00 and today I meet another lady at reception telling me oh no check out at 18:00 means I have to pay the night rate I didn’t like that at all. Once an agreement is made it should be stuck to. On a positive note Nat at reception has been GREAT! He made us feel so welcome including the door men! Wonderful! Overall we enjoyed our stay 😊🌺

Place is roomy . Can be a bit noisy with all the bars and bands near by, but after first night , you get use to it.

Our stay in Phuket and this hotel was amazing. The room was in great location, we didn’t mind the noise during the night. The room was clean and we could used the pill and the billiard on the rooftop!

We were on the 8th floor. Best floor to be at. Why? Well, it was as far away from partying noise from the street and close to pool , gym and bar. :)

Excellent place to stay in Rawai in Phuket.

Exceptional propertyin a quiet location not far away from Rawai, about 15mins walk. Staff is local and their hospitality is really outstanding. When we come back to Phuket, will book again if available.

Correspondence was saved very early. Both pool and room were very beautiful and had a wonderful time.

I can recommend Zoksons place! From beginn with chek in until our departure was all perfect. Mrs. Tang was waiting for our chek in and every day for cleaning the garden, our terrace and the pool ... gave fresh towels if we need. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and bright. The pool was also clean and huge for swimming every day. The place is quiet and with the garden in front you have your own daily luxury. If you spend some time at Phuket, book Zoson place - you will like this apartment!

We came at night and were welcomed with beverages (beer and Thai gumplings). The hosts showed us everything and on the next morning they gave us fresh fruits out of their garden (papaya, bananas, peppers,) which was great ! They offered us to drive with them to the next scooter rental and also to some of the shops to get some stuff to settle in. We even got invited to a bbq which the house manager cooked and prepared. All very friendly and we felt like warmly welcomed. Even the house keeper was super friendly and offered to bring us some food as we couldn’t go out for dinner. She drove to the best restaurant which was roughly 10 minutes from our apartment and got us something to eat. All in all we are super amazed of how great the apartment was and how good they treated us. We will be back for sure.

Nice villa, Nice location, nice pool, nice owner and house manager. Sophisticated design house, beautiful garden and clean pool. It has a very nice atmosphere to stay while you are in vacation. Walking distance to beaches, villa is actually located at quiet area in the mountain but it still has shops and restaurants near by. But I recommend to rent a motorcycle so that you will have a lot more options to visit. I was surprised that house manager was cleaning pool every single day.She was always nice to us. I feel like visiting here again just to meet her.

Check-in went very fast, was picked up by their own driver at the airport. The trip from the airport to the apartment took about 40 min. 7eleven 10 mins away and spa 10 seconds away. Very nice building with nice top floor pool. Helpful receptionists. The slight drawback was that it was a little bit far from the mall, so took time to get there. Otherwise, this place is highly recommended. The owners were also very good at communicating. 10/10 :)

For the first time riding an electric bicycle, although some mountain roads are a bit difficult to walk, the leader will help you get on and off. The locations are very quiet and beautiful, the leader will explain the local history, it is a very rare experience!

Great accommodation with great location. The distance from the sea is only a few minutes easy walk, and Bangka road is relatively close, some 10-15min walk. All recommendations for this accommodation.

Today's experience is VIP level, one-on-one service, although I am the only one, still lead the team, thank Xiaochai teacher. The actual itinerary is very consistent with the description. There are easy and challenging challenges, leisure and culture, and the itinerary design takes into account the duality of non-professional riders and travellers. Really recommend the experience!

The housing is excellent, we liked it, very comfortable, beautiful, nice, that there is a division into two rooms. The hosts promptly answer questions. On-site cool pool. The condo is located high enough, so if you are not ready to climb the stairs up the hill, it is better to look at another option. This was not a problem for us. From the balcony a great view, 7 minutes walk to the sea, the beach in this place is clean enough, it's nice to spend time there. Nearby there is everything you need, eat, massage, shops, taxis. The house has everything you need for everyday life, up to powder for a washing machine, did not have to buy. At first, it was unusual, there are frogs living near the house who make quite loud noises, so after the rain we heard a whole brass band. But you get used to it in a couple of three days. Then it doesn’t interfere. But who is sleeping lightly, look at another option. I can recommend this accommodation, we liked everything, were satisfied with our choice!

Breck is an outstanding host. Easy to communicate with and the child was perfect. Most AirBnb I visit have minimal supplies(a few dishes and a couple towels). This villa had full kitchen with everything you need to make meals and feel at home. Other extras are beach towels, mats, umbrellas, laundry, extra TV channels and Netflix. WiFi is strong and evening worked. The location is ideal for going to Nai Harn beach (top ten beach in the world) as well as a running track around a lake and an outdoor free gym. Highly recommend and I will be back. Thanks Breck!

I had one of the best stay at brecks villa. the villa is beautiful and full of deco details with a nice jacuzzi and garden. all windows are down to the floor with lots of lightscoming in. I wish to stay longer there but unfortunately it's fully booked. next time when I return I will definitely stay at his place again. oh and Breckis very thoughtful and helpful to make you feel at home. I highly appreciated his hospitality.

Breck was a fantastic host, all the way from booking through (and beyond!) check out. He was extremely responsive and always got back to us within minutes. He stayed up far too late to wait for and meet us upon arrival and then returned the next morning to help us rent a motorbike. The villa itself is a great, tranquil space for a solo traveler or couple to share. It's very open and airy - we didn't use the air conditioning once (though weren't there at peak heat in April) - and well appointed. The bed is huge, the kitchen is well better equipped than any I've seen in Thailand before, and there is a big screen TV with channels in lots of different languages to please everyone. The bathroom has a nice shower; note: the door does not extend all the way to the ceiling and even with the blinds one can see in from the pool area, so worthy of highlighting for those who are modest or considering traveling with someone who is not a partner. The pool area is an oasis: two sun loungers sit on the patio next to the plunge pool, all shaded by flowering trees and protected from passers-by by a hedge. It is a short walk from the area's main street, where one can find convenience stores, restaurants, massage therapists, and motorbike rentals. The beaches, while close by, are probably best reached by motorbike or similar. We have been to Thailand many times, but not to Phuket for fear of the crowds. We loved Nai Harn and, after exploring other areas on this trip, are confident it was the right choice for us. Charming, not very crowded, close to excellent beaches, and still with the necessary amenities nearby. A great choice!

He even offered to give my husband a ride to and from the scooter rentals. He also provided us with many amazing recommendations during our stay. Had a great super-relaxing stay at Breck's villa. Very glad I used the airport taxi service that Breck recommended as it made my late-night arrival go very smoothly. The villa is just as nice as in the pictures. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. It's a classy spot with lots of privacy. Not sure whether to call it a pool or a tub because it's either a very small pool or a very large tub, but in any case it is about 9 square meters and super-awesome. I dipped into it literally three times a day. The water was a perfect temperature to cool down without being too cold. The bed is great. Internet's great. Everything's great. I rented a scooter, and with it, two of Phuket's quieter beaches--both stunning--are 5 and 8 minutes away. Busier beaches are about 10-15 minutes away. Also there are two beautiful vistas also under ten minutes by scooter. This is a very pretty part of the island and quieter. The neighborhood is more filled with expats than tourists. Recommended, 5 stars.

We had a great stay at Breck's. The house is very comfy, and Breck himself is very friendly and hospitable. The location is close to the beautiful Nai Harn beach. In general I'd recommend others to rent car/motorbike to have cheaper and more efficient trips around Phuket from the villa. I recommend Breck's place!

This room belongs to the hotel and the price is still high, but Airbnb customers also need to pay a 1,000 baht deposit. Location is good, there is a 711 next to it. The room was also clean and the house was cleaned every day. Talking about the problem, I told the landlord in advance that I wanted a quieter room. The landlord was very good, and we remarked that the room was on the 7th floor, but it was still very noisy. The glass is really not soundproof. Fortunately, I brought earplugs, otherwise I really can't sleep. If you sleep well, you can book! There is also a problem. The next day, the auntie did not close the toilet door after cleaning the room, and she returned to the room with a smell of sewer.

Great hotel to stay at -- 10 minute walk to the beach, 10-15 minute walk to Patong Beach (area with a bunch of bars), easy spot to get taxis, wonderful help from the people working the front desk, and an awesome infinity pool on the roof! I stayed at three different Airbnbs during my time in Thailand and this was the easiest to navigate. The people who worked there spoke the best English of all the hosts as well. Special thanks to Wan! My friend lost his passport on the flight to Phuket and she seriously went above and beyond to help us. I would probably still be stuck in Thailand right now if it wasn't for her.

The store looks small, but the inside is large. It was clean, and there was a swimming pool on the top of the building. The only disadvantage is that the location is noisy on the side of the road.

Jann’s place is quite clean and cozy in local area. Jann and her assistant Wa were always checking and made us feel more comfortable whenever we need some helps or questions, especially Wa had dealt with our questions with quick response for 24 hours. It’s possible to go to old town for 20-30 min by walk and approximately 20 min for going to the beach area by car. It was first time to visit to Phuket (first time Thailand ) for us and could make new adventure with great place and hospitalities. We already miss Phuket, and absolutely will come back again!!♡

Great place! The kitchen was one of the most equipped I have ever had in an Airbnb - huge plus for me. The flat has everything you need, and is not far from town. It's about an 10 minute walk to get to shops and restaurants - but really not bad. I recommend the alley shortcut so you can avoid the small hills going into town. The bathroom was really nice, especially the shower.

This place was heaven in Patong. It was amazing in the pictures but truly beautiful in person. The location was central enough to get around everywhere in patong yet closed off from the world of busy roads. Our host were wonderful and extremely helpful from our accommodation, airport pick-up and accommodation transfer. To top it off the staff downstairs were incredibly helpful with our activities and all our inquires about everything and anything. Thank you so much for having us!

The beach, Bangla street and the market is not very far however it would be great if one decides to rent a bike to get to these places quickly. The apartments are super. have everything you need. the complex is modern, there is a swimming pool. the hosts are very nice people, always ready to help with any question. Of the minuses, this is a very noisy air conditioner, which is located on the street, in the bedroom itself is also noisy, which is tolerable. The location is average, with a super bike! on foot, have to walk. 900m to the beach, 2km to the city center! in general, satisfied !!

A lovely apartment with all of the necessities for a short break in Phuket. The kitchen is well equipped and the space is perfect for relaxing between discovery the sights of Phuket. The apartment block has a great pool and gym which we made daily use of. I would suggest hiring a scooter as the apartment is a little bit out of town but it is a nice escape from the madness of Patong. The hosts reply to messages promptly and were very helpful.

Location is ideal, close to all amenities. There is a slight hill to walk up to the apartment blocks, but this is not too long or steep. Within walking distance of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Great location to visit Phuket. The Host was very responsive to any queries we had. Apartment was spacious and clean. We went to Phuket for our honeymoon and had an amazing trip. The space was great and while we were only 2, it could easily fit 4-6 guests. The view was beautiful and the deck was great for your morning coffee. The location was perfect for us, close enough to the Bangla night life to go out and have fun but far enough away that we could enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening as well. It was a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops in Kamala. Taxi to Patong for only 400 baht. The hosts were responsive and punctual for check in and out. They even let us stay late since they didn’t have guests checking in that day and our flight was in the evening. Would definitely recommend this apartment and location!

Ira’s place was as described, clean, modern, well placed. Nice little bar next to gate down the steps past the very nice pool, also turn right for 7/11. If you go down road alongside “Oceana’s towards the nearer end of beach where you turn right for beach there is a money kiosk which gives good rates. The far end of the beach is nicer, beachfront bars although a little dearer do have the normal happy hours which can make it more acceptable. We liked the Smiley bar, and the one it’s right which escapes me now. Then you have the main tourist street with all the usual things, generally nice food not wildly expensive. The girl who checked us in done a good job and gave us a good contact for car hire which we used. The company is on +66 81 091 8859, ask for Meow. The “Big C” is just across the main road through town , has everything, we got our sim for our phone for maps etc. from there. (if you go down the right hand side of the store and around the back over a little foot bridge a path takes you to the tourist street) At the far end of town about a 700 metres along the road there is a market, lovely food, forgot which days it’s on. Enjoyed our stay there and liked Kamala.

The place is astounding, no complaints at all. The place is close enough to the beach and has a stunning view to wake up to. The owner keeps the place spotless and she communicates very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely stay at this place again in the future.

My friends and I loved this space. It was a quick walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. It’s was also a quick ride to Pa Tong and surrounding areas. The space was super cute with great views. I would defiantly stay again and recommend to friends.

Wonderful clean and stylish apartment. Everything is spotlessly new and clean. Indeed, there is everything you need (from iron and slippers to a beach bag and tooth sets). If you are demanding for accommodation, then this is the option for you. Great view from the balcony. They are also very well located, close to the main street (5 minutes walk and 15 minutes to the bangla). The climb, about which they write, is not critical, it’s probably how to climb the 3rd floor by stairs. In general, if you have high housing requirements, then you will like this option.

This place is even more beautiful then the pictures. It’s one of the nicer places we’ve ever stayed in. The deck and the rooftop infinity pool are gorgeous. It’s decorated beautifully. She was so thorough when creating this air bnb. She made a book of things to do, where to eat, story of herself, etc. As well as a cook book with good recipes book marked. It was a nice touch. And yes, everyone’s mentioned the stairs/hill. It is very steep and a good workout. My boyfriend counted, it’s something like 150 steps. If you’re out of shape, older, or knee/ankle problems it’s not the place for you. We enjoyed it. We eat super healthy at home so it’s nice to hike off a little of the carbs we’re eating out here. One other tiny note, the bed is def more on the firm side. Normally I’d dock a point for that but it seems to be a theme here in Southeast Asia. I’m beginning to think they just like firm beds. Shower was great, plenty of hot water. (Those are the two things i look for, bed and shower heat, so i like to throw that in there). Walk ability is great, we walked everywhere. The only time we got a tuk tuk was to the patong boxing stadium and that was because we were short on time. We might have walked if we had more time. Overall it was fantastic and I’d stay here every time i come back.

Best apartment I have ever experienced! Kornnata was very considerate and helpful, the apartment was stylish decorated, with lots of cute Christmas elements, and had everything we need. The view on the rooftop was super good, we enjoyed the time in the swimming pool. It was super convenient, with a family mart and motorbike rentals nearby, just a few minutes walking to patong beach. We had a great time in Phuket, thanks Kornnata!

Very good staying experience, the pool on the roof is also very beautiful, you can watch the sea by the pool at sunset, you can also watch the sea directly from the balcony, and the room is very clean!

I liked everything very much

This Airbnb was such a great deal. Easy check in and the owners communicated with me from start to finish. We had fast response every single time. It is a bit far from all of the attraction but we had a motorbike so it was easy for us to get around. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and spacious room. Very well located of you have your own motorbike. It's located on a quiet hill in too touristic Patong. Great service of the renter with the airport transfer service and I had an extra service of staying 11 hours longer (very late checkout) in the apartment without an additional fee.

Such a quiet and nice condominium. Had a pleasant stay for over 2 weeks and even got a free cleaning which was very nice. A bit far from the beach/Bangla Road but there was no problem getting a taxi/tuktuk either way. Over all would really recommend this to anyone visiting Phuket.

If you plan to rent a car, this apartment is a great option, it is located next to the jungle, so it’s cool in the apartment, they did not use air conditioning.

When searching for a homestay, I found it at a glance. When we chose A201, after checking in from the lobby, I found that the room was behind the front desk. If you have large luggage and bring children's flowers, don't be too convenient, save I took the stairs. Entering the room, except that there is a beam in the living room that is relatively short, and you need to lower your head to pass. I don't think this is a problem, because most of the time you will stay in the bedroom or balcony to see the sea, especially the balcony. It ’s me. The real ocean view room can dominate the circle of friends whatever you want. It ’s actually quite quiet to close the sliding door at night. Open the curtains in the morning, sit on the deck chair on the balcony, look at the sea, and feel that the whole world is your . There is a small door from the lobby, there is an infinity pool, and the photo shooting is great! The bed and breakfast is in a good location. The massage shop at the entrance is 7-11. The net red fish restaurant is next door. You can walk for 10 minutes from Patong Beach. It is not recommended to rent a motorcycle. At one time, the local driving speed in Phuket is too fast, and at night Patong has traffic police to check the post. It is said that there is a fine of 1,000 baht if there is no certificate. The room is cleaned every day, which is not available in other homestays. In addition, I would like to give a compliment to a Northeast uncle butler at the door, and take the initiative to help carry luggage when I come. The people are great, they have to answer questions, and they will give some reasonable suggestions. When traveling, I highly recommend this homestay!

Very nice lying on the bed and opened the curtains to see the sea. The living room is almost double the size of the bedroom. The size of the room is also very clean. It also helped to make an appointment to pick up and has a good location. There are several good restaurants nearby.

The amazing floor to ceiling windows made the morning and evening views from bed absolutely gorgeous. We also opted for the floating breakfast in the infinity pool which was a lot of fun. This was a cool little place and we really enjoyed our stay. As they warned in the description. The ceiling are lower. So if you’re a bit taller like myself (6 feet tall), you’ll have to crouch a little bit in areas

A must stay! Our view was everything. Location was great, walking to a few restaurants and away from the madness of Patong beach. My sisters and I couldn’t stop gawking at our overlook, felt like a true Instagram influencer staying here haha

I went to Phuket with my mother for the first time and chose this very cost-effective homestay. I was stunned when I entered the room! so big! I feel this price is great! There is a separate living room and room. There are two rocking chairs on the balcony facing the sea. It is particularly comfortable to lie on the chair with my mother in the evening sunset. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, there is another 711 opposite, and shopping is very convenient. The boss is Chinese and communication is barrier-free. Mom said this trip to Thailand, the most satisfied is this house, but also complained that I did not book a few more nights hahaha, in short, it is a good experience, if you have the opportunity to go to Phuket, will stay in your home Hehe hey

The location, the scenery seen from the room is very good. Good for cospa. The water pressure of the shower was bad and the desk on the veranda was a little dirty. The hosts are very nice and the check-in is smooth. Breakfast is 200 baht, just right size, eat while looking at the sea. The staff saw my tan and gave me coconut oil.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything without the inconvenience of street noise. The staff are charming and helpful. The room is very comfortable and even if the bathroom is very small, it was enough for our stay. The breakfast offered is fabulous and it is nice to enjoy it while looking at the sea! In short, we will come back with pleasure !!

Great location on Kamala Beach. From the balcony you have great ocean and beach views and the trees provide shade and some privacy. It takes a less then a minute from being in your room to swimming in the ocean. The place provides nice beach towels to help with this. It's wonderful to go swimming or beach walking any time of day or night or just sit on the balcony or lie in bed to relax to great ocean views. The room was spacious with a large comfy bed, a small desk, some shelves and good storage for luggage. Bathroom was nice and it's great to take a hot shower after a long ocean swim. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very nice people. It's on the main beach road at Kamala right behind the Mama Mia restaurant. The road is busy and "touristy": lots of shopping, eating, tailors, massage, etc. 7-11 is less than a minute away and there a few supermarkets in easy walking distance. Grab car works well too. Overall we had a great time.

The place is exactly similar to the one described on the listing. We could literally see the beach from our bedroom. The street next to the beach front was very happening and lively. We would love to visit the place again because of their hospitality.

Our stay at Jeeranun’s place was exactly what we needed. Excellent communication and someone always there to help if we needed, we even got our washing done for us which was a massive help! The space was a lot bigger than I thought and was a lovely place to rest before our flight. About a 15 minute walk to the beach and plenty of little supermarkets nearby. A wonderful home away from home! It’s clean and everything is well thought out. Location is great if you are okay with walking. I am! I enjoy walking. The owners are nice. Beach is 15-20 minute walk. The closest decent Thai restaurant to eat is 5-7 min walk. The night market on tues/Thursday/sat/Sunday which is open from 3-8pm is 7-10 minute walk. Check it out! Inexpensive street food! Also they sell clothes and other Knick knacks. Also it’s great that the airport is close by! Like a 5 min-7min drive. Downside: Its far from from city center and old town. You can take the bus but it will be a long ride. WiFi can be weak at times and disconnect pretty frequently and unfortunately no English channels on tv. If it wasn’t for my international sims card, I would be doomed haha Overall a wonderful, beautiful place. It’s private and peaceful and a good place to go exploring!

We only planned Phuket as a 2 stopover before our flight home. The close location to the airport was therefore an advantage. We used the 2 days to explore the sights of Old Town and bathe on the nearby beach. We could easily borrow a scooter from the property. The accommodation is very spacious and modern for a Tinihouse. It was squeaky clean. Air conditioning and WiFi work great. We fully recommend the accommodation.

Cozy houses. There is everything necessary for a family with a child. Well-groomed area. Quiet place. Attentive hosts have always helped us. Nearby there is a local market with a large selection of fruits, fruit drinks at low prices, a massage parlor, car rental.

We rested in Baan Rum Prak for 16 days. very clean, comfortable and modern room in the house. Good internet. Series and films were loaded without problems. Cleaning takes place every 3 days, which is quite enough. Very good air conditioning. There are no extra charges for accommodation (Water, electricity), which is rare in Thailand. You can separately order a light breakfast for 100 baht. Washing 50 baht. Very good freezer refrigerator. Hospitality on top). The beach is 15-20 minutes walk, you can rent a bike or take a free bike. Nearby (5 minutes walk) is a good grocery store. In general, I liked everything very much. Thank you, we will definitely return to you and guests !!!

Villa was true to pictures and in a great location, but you will need a car/moped/taxi to get to most things. Amazing villa and great hosts, who booked activities for us and were constantly in communication if we had any issues. Will definitely be using one of their villas again when returning to Thailand.

The villa is overall a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The private swimming pool is great and the bathrooms are fantastic too.

The pool, the view and the beach access, in addition to our modern studio made for a delightful stay in Phuket. Tiff and Phillipe were responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. We enjoyed the surrounding area. We had dinner at all 3 of the restaurants to the left off the driveway. Enjoyed a $12 relaxing oil massage at the massage parlor accessed from the beach. Undercover, but open sides on the building right at the edge of the sandy beach. Highly recommend for a memorable Phuket stay.

We'd never been to Phuket before and had booked at the property for the final leg of our 2 week trip. The property is out of this world - the room has everything you need and more. The pool is amazing and a perfect place to cool down. The stools in the pool are the perfect place to sit and soak up the wonderful views. The sea is on your doorstep, less than a stones throw away. Location - perfect in every way. Plenty of variety for food and drinks, the area has everything you need and it's not too far for trips out, Phuket town, etc. The hosts Philippe and Tiff, are phenomenal. They're always there to offer advice or just have a chat - they're an amazing couple and we feel privalaged to have met them. I can't recommend this place enough... 11 out of 10.

Absolutely gorgeous. Spectacular room. Amazing view from the patio. The inside is like an art museum where exhibits seem to be displayed. Food and drinks down stairs and a Family Mart right next door. Also the beach is minutes away. HIGHLY recommend

Panatta was so nice and accommodating! The space is VERY cute and stylish. We loved the restaurant downstairs it is like an eclectic dream with a great menu and nothing like we had seen in Thailand. The location is perfect as you can walk to lots of restaurants or take a tuktuk for around 200baht. We rented a scooter for 200/300 baht a day and went to the downtown Patong area. The bed is firm but comfortable!

Very stylish room. Had a lovely Mexican feel to it! We stayed here to end our holiday in Thailand. Found the staff really friendly. There was some street food right outside on the road and a good base to explore the areas around Phuket.

The room is only 5 minutes away from Patong Beach. The decoration is very design, clean and hygienic.

Good Apartment, nice Swimming Pool and the Gym

Michael and his staff is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and a lot of upgrades. This is close to restaurants, massage, market, taxi. For your safety there is security guard in the front of building. You have to use the key to go through doors and elevator. I like the rain shower. The bed is big and comfortable, swimming pool is cleaned. Jungceylon market is walking distance. You can buy anything you need in this place. Karon beach is nice to go and I paid 400 baht for taxi. I recommend this Beach not Patong beach. I will come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication was very fast. We had one small issue with hot water on the first day and it was corrected in a couple of hours. The view from the balcony was spectacular, especially to watch the New Years Eve fireworks. It is a quiet location that is not a party party place which was nice. Thanks again for your hospitality.

My wife and I stayed for a week at Ira's place and definitely recommend it. The view from the living room and balcony is outstanding. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom stays dark for easy sleeping. The internet was fast and reliable. Everything was clean. Ira and her team provided excellent communication. We loved our stay here.

Great Apartment several blocks away from Kata beach. Transport in the form of a motorcycle is recommended to get to and from the apartment. Apartment has most amenities however it is recommended to go to nearby Makro and stock up on day to day items such as Washing-soap, toilet paper etc as the supplied amount is inadequate for stays of 7 days duration. I would recommend staying here as the location for our needs was adequate considering we had rented a motorcycle ( be warned roadblocks by local police, they will fine you if you have no license for motorcycle). This property is value for money!

The location of the room is particularly good! 10 minutes walk to the beach, you can walk and watch the sunset at night, there are many places to eat, the host is very enthusiastic

Joey’s place was super cosy and stylish and I absolutely loved the place. My personal favourite thing about this condo was the infinity pool at the top of the building as you can watch the entire sunset from there. Location wise, the condo was close to a lot of bars and restaurants, and a short 10-20min walk to the beach and busier/more popular parts of Phuket. Everything was available in the apartment but the only hiccup that was more a building issue was that one out of two public washing machines were broken, so it was hard to find a time when the washing machine was free (but there are plenty laundromats outside). None the less, Joey herself was the most responsive host ever, replying to me instantaneously to any issues or questions I had. Would stay here again :)

The accommodation is fully consistent with the photos and our expectations: the apartments have everything you need, an excellent swimming pool downstairs, 7 minutes walk to the sea, around the corner a fruit shop with a friendly hostess-seller, a busy street with restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby.

We stayed for 2 weeks. 2 people. Wish we could have stayed forever. The apartment is perfectly located and near to everything you could need. Plenty of towels and other amenities were available to us. Any questions were answered quickly. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to book again :).

My husband and I chose Ira’s place to stay for a week (out of our two week honeymoon). The place was clean, had a great balcony with terrific views, and was in such a great location! We were able to walk to Karon beach, shopping and restaurants the whole time we were there. We rarely took a taxi! The check-in and check-out process was easy and any questions we had while we were there were answered quickly via air bnb messenger. We would definitely stay at Ira’s place again and would recommend it!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spotless and communication was great from Ira et al. It's not too far from the beach but getting a scooter wouldn't be a bad idea for longer commutes.

This is not the first time we have been staying in Irina’s apartments. And this time part of the vacation was spent in cooperation.) It’s relatively far from the beach, but we didn’t go to Patong beach itself, we traveled around the island and the mainland by car. The apartment itself is very comfortable, a beautiful balcony. The hosts very VERY promptly responded to all questions. And corrected minor flaws. Of course, it would probably be fair to say that the plumbing update is already directly requested in the shower. And the stove is very interesting in the kitchen, not ceramics, it warms up for a long time) Weaned from this, these are nuances. The pool below is great. In general, we liked everything :) See you again :)

Location on a hill, a bike will be needed

We had a wonderful stay here, and will definitely stay again when we come back. Modern apartment, that was clean and tidy. The complex has a pool with swim up bar, restaurant and a gym. 15 minutes walk from Patong Beach, which we really enjoyed as it gave us the opportunity to explore the outer streets of Patong. Everything you need is right outside your door. Amazing hosts, great value for money, you will not regret your stay here : )

A nice place, 5 minuets to the beach by the bike, plenty of supermarkets around and a nice mountain view, clean and tidy as we expected.

Our stay at Emerald Terrace Resort was nothing short of perfect; the place was clean and tidy and had everything you may require within the apartment space. The location was ideal with it only being twenty minutes walk to the beach. The hosts were always quick with responses and were extremely happy to help when the WiFi went down, and organised for this to be fixed for us. The kitchen was a welcome addition to the place, and something we used frequently during our stay. We would definitely recommend this to other couples and families! This location is great and the room and premises are beautiful especially for the price. Make sure you wash all the cutlery though as some was not fully clean, otherwise 5 stars

Great location with the comforts of home. Everything you would need is right at your fingertips. Onsite restaurant, gym, pool. But if you plan on being on the beach everyday, this might be a little far off. But other than that it’s a great location for quick access to everything by car or moped. Also taxi services are available. The location can be a little difficult to find, so make sure to look up for the tallest building in the area.

Ira’s place was very nice, stylish and had everything you need. And the most important: it is clean. If we are back in Phuket one day we would definitely book the same apartment again.

Wonderful villa, convenient location The villa is comfortable for 6 guests, during our stay the neighbors cooked and drilled something all the time, but even this vacation did not spoil it. In addition to the lack of air-conditioning, the house is not picky enough water pressure, the bath water is a bit too small. The chef is cooking too delicious.

We spent 4 days at the villa and it was wonderful. Everyone we worked with was very quick to respond and helpful. When we needed some last minute changes, staff was able to help. The place was clean and comfortable. Great having the pool to hop into after a hot day of sight seeing. Would recommended this place to stay
