The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

Our 100 year old cottage is nestled in the woods just a 5 minute drive from the ocean and only 1/2 mile to trails, boat ramp & kayak launch. Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

Swanyay is a little nest of heaven tucked away just minutes from the famed NC Outer Banks beaches and attractions. On the property there is ample parking, even for a boat if you want to bring yours. Swanyay is a stand alone home next to ours that is full of Coastal Farmhouse charm thru-out. Outside is a huge deck for you to enjoy while relaxing during the day or star gazing at night. We have a 43" smart TV, wifi, games and cards.
