At the edge of Le Perche, former house of the independent caretaker of a mill on the Eure in the quiet of a 4Ha property, without any neighbors apart from the owner. The sound of the river, the singing of the birds, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my two young female dogs and the sheep are all there to help you unwind for a while in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the convertible in the living room.

In the countryside, 1.5 hours from Paris (train station 2.5 km away), this Percheron barn renovated by an American architect offers all the necessary comfort. Remake the world, doze off, cook or if you prefer to get some air, go to the bottom of the garden or to the state forest (2 km) which will welcome you with open arms!
