Atelier d'artiste dans une cabane en bois, une baignoire extérieur ( discrète ) avec beaucoup d'eau chaude, merveilleux pour les nuits étoilés. Bucolique, donnant sur un verger. Petite kitchenette, frigo, 2 plaque aux gaz et ustensiles basic. Toilette sèche. Un lit double haute qualité qui devient un canapé dans la journée. La cabane isolée dans mon jardin ou j'habite. Calme et reposant, le studio est simple mais confortable pour tous les amoureux de la nature et la campagne.

Bright, spacious house, city of character.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Very bright, spacious and above all very quiet house, close to all shops and sports facilities (playground, municipal swimming pool, velodrome, large park with water. House rated 3 stars on June 28, 2023 house 10 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 25 to 30 minutes from the beaches by car. 15-minute drive to Saint-Brieuc – SNCF train station.

In Côtes d'Armor, come and enjoy our house (sleeps 10) with its indoor pool heated all year round. 6 km from amenities, 30 km from the sea, you can also walk the many hiking trails or prepare good meals in the kitchen equipped with a Cookeo, a Mr Cuisine, an Air Fryer, a pebble maker, a waffle maker, raclette machines, a stone grill, pancakes, Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided!

Beautiful townhouse renovated in 2021, in the heart of Quintin, a small town of character in the bay of St Brieuc. Close to shops, lake, pool, walking trails and city center (less than 5 minutes walk). Beach 25 minutes, multiplex and shopping area 15 minutes. The house is on 3 levels, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A terrace at the front and a garden at the back.
