It is a renovated apartment next to the Roman Circus/Racecourse. Easy to park on the same street. 60 m2 overlooking the Roman Circus. Beautiful, avant-garde country house, on a 7-hectare plot, with unique views, in Extremadura's Siberia, on the edge of the Orellana reservoir, a few meters from the river. It is about 5 kilometers from Casas de Don Pedro and 12 from Talarrubias. It can be accessed with any car, since there are only 200 meters of good road. The house is equipped with all the comforts to be a totally comfortable house, with a porch with privileged views. Bird reserve area.

The hare was an ancient slaughter room. It is a clear-cut space despite natural separations. Windows fill the kitchen and bathroom with sunshine and light. The vaulted ceilings of the bedroom and the small living room give warmth and mark a change of space.It is a small studio where the shades of blue and ochre predominate. It has a kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave with grill and has a cozy wood stove perfect for cold winter days.
