Come and find refuge in this small country house to recharge your batteries in the middle of the forest, to get away from it all (hiking trails, restaurants, rivers, ponds...). Not far from major roads, it is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, and 10 minutes from Hautefort and Excideuil. Parking is available right next to the house and the garden is enclosed, which can be convenient if you want to bring your little canine companion. The house (60 m2) is on 2 floors + a mezzanine-bedroom.

Le gîte est équipé d'une cuisine avec lave vaisselle et lave linge. Un lit 140 x 200 + 1 lit banquette 90 x 200 + 1 clic clac 90 x190- draps et serviettes fournis. Animaux non acceptés. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

The accommodation, located in a small hamlet adjacent to Terrasson, enjoys the tranquility of the countryside while being close to all amenities (shopping center 2 minutes away); it is ideal as a starting point for discovering the region or as a stopover near the city of Brive and the highways that border it.

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.
