Charming studio overlooking the sea, with a livable terrace on the main street of Camogli. On the fifth floor of a typical "palazzata", with characteristic "camoglina" staircase (not recommended for those who have walking difficulties and children -only adult)). The two windows offer breathtaking views from Punta Chiappa to Genoa, and unforgettable sunsets. Small but comfortable, it is the result of careful and careful renovation. Very central and very convenient for trains, buses and ferries.

Nice apartment in a two-family house with new furnishings two minutes walk from the pedestrian center of Santa Margherita Ligure and five minutes from the beach. Second floor without elevator.
