Overlooking a beautiful beach, in a typical Genoese building, is this small and refined attic apartment, completely renovated and finely furnished, with a breathtaking view of the bay of Santa Margherita and Portofino, which is only 3 km away. HOUSE WITHOUT A LIFT, WITH 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS THAT ARE A LITTLE TIRING, plus an internal lift, but this is compensated by a unique view! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LARGE SUITCASES, both because of the stairs and the limited space in the attic.
