Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Santa Margherita Ligure

The apartment was perfectly located, in the middle of the old town streets, yet quiet and bright and with a huge roof terrace where we could enjoy the morning cafe and the evening aperitivo. We also appreciated the luxury of the 2 bathrooms. Everything's great!

You can’t get more “central” than this top floor two-level apartment. You also can’t get a much more gracious host than Eleonora. She truly puts her heart and soul into this rental with nautical theme (the master bedroom feels like you’re staying in a large cabin on a cruise…it’s great) and many local decorations. She’s also a very conscientious host checking-up on us several times during our 6 night stay and meeting us at the train station upon our arrival. The kitchen of the apartment has everything you need to prepare meals just as you would at home (brand new Nespresso machine too) except for a microwave. The living room and “extra bedroom” offer plenty of space for a child or to spread out and do some yoga or whatever. The lovely deck that opens from the master bedroom gets a lot of sun but there’s a very easy to use awning that can be extended to offer relief. Despite being right on the main street in town, the noise levels are manageable.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, very comfortable, two minutes walk from the center, with also very close station and bus stop under it. We really appreciated Mrs. Barbara and she was waiting for us right below the apartment at the agreed time. We will definitely be back since my granddaughter Noa lives 2 minutes from the apartment. Great apartment and very recommended! A bit pricey but not necessarily compared to other Genoese accommodations and it is Beautiful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and Silvia herself is simply adorable. The only thing to keep in mind is it’s in a bustling part of town so might not be an entirely quiet arrival - but the apartment itself is peaceful.

Amazing stay at Davide's place! Everything was so nice. The location is amazing, beautiful, peaceful, in the middle of the olive trees, surrounding by the mountains and the sea in the distance. The apartment is very nice, super clean, with all you need to stay a few days and even more. Davide was very welcoming and showed me all sorts of things to do, sights to see in the area and places to try liguria's best specialities. Not forgetting the vegetable garden with tomatoes, potatoes and figs! And the swimming pool with this amazing view :) And the free parking! So yes, I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely come back. Thank you so much!

Alessandra's apartment was perfect for our time in Genoa. It is placed very close to most of the attractions we were interested in seeing. She made the place so welcoming with a gift of pesto, wine, and gnocchi. It was so wonderful to arrive there after our traveling day from California. We didn't need to shop until the next day. She even had breakfast provided for us! I would recommend Alessandra's apartment 100%. Mille Grazie!

This apartment is incredible! Very spacious and comfortable. The views were amazing and even live music from the square most evenings. Elisa was very helpful and responsive. I would love to stay here again.

A great apartment just walking distance from everything you need. Took me about 5 minutes to walk from the train station and then around 10 minutes to get to the city centre. Luigia sent some great recommendations too of places to east and sea, and was very friendly and responsive too over the chat.

We were traveling as a family in Nervi and had the best starting point with the apartment. Super cozy and well equipped and from there you can walk everywhere very quickly: shopping, restaurants and the beautiful beach. Marco is a friendly and well-organized host. We will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic seven days stay at Chiara's. She is an amazing host, so caring, kind and responsive! Can only highly recommend her and her house. It is located in a quiet place with spectacular Ligurian mountain view from the garden and top floor. Tourist spots, shops, restaurants and beaches are within easy reachable distance. If you are looking to relax and feel the local flavour then this is for you. The house is kept very tidy, well equipped and organised with a great attention to details which makes the stay comfortable, stress free and smooth. The notes and brochures left for guests are very helpful. Private and close to the house parking is also such a bonus. We felt very comfortable and like at home from the first moment. Thank you again, Chiara, for hosting us and great communucation. Hope we will be back🤗

Our stay was great, Lidia is a great hostess. Her place is amazing! Super clean 👌 we were able to park our motorcycle and trailer at Lidia. In the morning there is a cafe downstairs in the bar. Always happy to come back.

We stayed with a group of 15 people in the property over New Year's Eve and enjoyed the time very much. The view over Recco and the sea is fantastic. Despite the location on the hill, you can quickly reach the city on foot and from there have a good connection by train to the surrounding towns. The place was very clean and well stocked. The contact with Antonietta was straightforward and questions were answered immediately. The holiday in Recco was a great start to the new year!

We had a lovely time at this peaceful and beautiful house in Sestri Levante. The keyless entry was a little bit challenging. The address looks different on the map than the road, but we recognized it as soon as we saw it, a bit up the road. The host was very communicative and helped us with some local recommendations. The place is beautiful and we loved being there. It’s not super ideal if you want to walk—we drove into town every day. Thank you for a beautiful seaview Stay. We cherish the memory.

Very central location of Genoa, it allowed us to walk around the best attractions of the city! A stone's throw from Brignole station, therefore also facilitated by means of transport. Gabriele very kindly welcomed us and explained everything, recommended where to go to discover the city and where to eat better! It was a more than pleasant experience, if we ever go back to the city we will surely know who to trust!

We loved Tiziana’s place! Tiziana is a wonderful and very kind host who made us feel super welcome. The apartment is in a great central spot and has aircon!

Wonderful property! Quiet, luxurious everything is there! We're sorry we only took 2 nights. For sure, we'll be happy to come back. On the other hand, we advise you to do groceries before arriving at the accommodation or eating outside because in Ognio unfortunately the restaurant is closed. The Tana di Jack is a few miles from the accommodation.

Lovely place! Slightly remote so taxis were very expensive (this was on us though for not checking). Other than that great stay!

Claudia's place was as described. It was perfectly clean and welcoming, Claudia was very helpful both on check-in time and in the description of all the activities in the area. She was also very flexible on check-out, meeting our need to leave the accommodation after the scheduled time. Highly recommended.

Nadiaele was very responsive and did all she could to make sure our stay was pleasant. The place is similar to a nice hotel junior suite with all the amenities except a restaurant downstairs. The location isn’t center but there are close stores for food. Taxi do the center is around 10€ and Taxi arrives within minutes. Overall wonderful place.
