This unique home is a part of the old sea front fishing village in Santa Margherita Ligure built in the late 1800s and is newly renovated but with its original architecture and style! It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with a double bed. Gorgeous seaside & town views with cafes, restaurants and boutiques and direct access to the beach. It is on the 4th floor with no lift but we will help you with your luggage. Just a short ferry or car ride or 45 min walk to Portofino!

Grandmother's house wonderful view!

Our Grandmother’s house is located in the peaceful village of San Lorenzo della Costa, in Santa Margherita Ligure. This bright panoramic apartment in a detached house offers stunning views over the Gulf of Tigullio. Situated on a quiet narrow road, it is ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxing stay. The apartment is entirely at your disposal. We live on the ground floor of the same house. Close to the Via Aurelia, noise may be heard, but it remains quiet and peaceful.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a single bed, from the entrance we then have the living room with sofa bed available and a kitchen complete with gas stove, oven, kitchen utensils, refrigerator and freezer, glasses, cutlery and welcome prosecco! There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower stall.

200 metres from the railway station, 50 metres from the beach and bus stop to Portofino . The Main Church and the Old Town are a 2-minute walk . The apartment is perfect for a small family, with air conditioning and a terrace on an internal courtyard. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area full of bars and ice cream parlours and is quiet even though it is close to the center. Small but complete bathroom, equipped with a brand new Shower Box.

Perfect place to reach Cinque Terre, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure (10 MINUTES BY CAR) and Camogli, and then to relax away from the crowds and soak into our local culture. A beautiful footpath will lead you to Santa Margherita Ligure in 30 minutes.
