Sea View Historical Loft Apartment

This unique home is a part of the old sea front fishing village in Santa Margherita Ligure built in the late 1800s and is newly renovated but with its original architecture and style! It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with a double bed. Gorgeous seaside & town views with cafes, restaurants and boutiques and direct access to the beach. It is on the 4th floor with no lift but we will help you with your luggage. Just a short ferry or car ride or 45 min walk to Portofino!

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a single bed, from the entrance we then have the living room with sofa bed available and a kitchen complete with gas stove, oven, kitchen utensils, refrigerator and freezer, glasses, cutlery and welcome prosecco! There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower stall.

Close to the Via Aurelia, noise may be heard, but it remains quiet and peaceful.
