For longer stays, complimentary housekeeping service is provided every five days. The villa forms part of a private estate comprising five residences. Just a few steps away, an independent studio can accommodate an additional couple or a family with one child. Multiple properties within the estate can be rented together upon request, making it an ideal choice for larger groups, extended families, or special gatherings while maintaining privacy between accommodations. The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Villa Vikentios is located at the entrance of the traditional settlement of Panagia, next to the oldest Byzantine church on the island, built around 950-1000 AD with the homonymous title.
