Cottage with lovely terrace

I rent out my lovely summer house in Nyrup. The summerhouse is located on an enclosed plot of land with a private garden and lovely terrace where there is the possibility of sunbathing, cosiness and barbecue. The house itself has 2 rooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with two beds. Brand new and good beds. In addition, there is a kitchen with great opportunities for cooking and a living room with a dining table and sofa corner. I also have a wood-burning stove that can be used as needed. The cottage is located about 10 minutes walk from the beach where there is a bathing bridge.

Bring the whole family to beautiful Ærø. Here is our cozy townhouse in the village of Bregninge. The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

3 minutes from the beach. A charming and cozy cottage in a large private garden. The house has an open floor plan. 3 bedrooms, and an annex, sleeps 7. Patios around the house and a firepit in the garden. Free fast internet and a home office space. Smart TV, washer and dryer, central heating and a wood fireplace. Nice house with an undisturbed backyard 50 m from a great sandy beach. The house contains a room with a double bed, a room with 3 bunk beds and a loft. Nice living room/kitchen/family room with brand new furniture, new stove, espressomachine and new refrigerator. Table tennis, darts, large barbecue and good garden furniture. The beach has a "Blue Flag". Access to Viaplay, HBO, Netflix, Disney + free wifi. Electricity is settled upon departure. With normal use max 15 Euro/week.

In the apartment in Nowhuset you get available over a large living room with reclining chairs, sofa, TV and workspace for two and a bedroom with a wide double bed (can be separated into two single beds). In addition, your own modern kitchen with bar, dining area, stove and dishwasher as well as a toilet and newly renovated bathroom in the basement, which you also have to yourself - access to washing machine and dryer as well as access to 2 small terraces.
