We stayed at Rob's house for a night after attending a wedding in Point Pleasant. His house is very easy to find, very clean, and very comfortable. The house is in a very safe neighborhood and was close to all the places we needed to get to that weekend. Rob is a very friendly, laidback host and made the check-in process very easy. We didn't need much for our short stay but Rob was more than happy to provide additional information if we needed it. Would definitely recommend!

Rob's place was great! He was very welcoming and just a warm person. He really made us feel at home there and hopefully next time we'll get to paddleboard with him. He's really laid back and his place is gorgeous. Great to just kick back and relax

Staying at Rob's was really easy and conveniently located close to the beach. Rob was more than accommodating to the busy wedding weekend schedule I had and I had no problems going to/from his stay to wherever I needed to be.

Rob is a great host. We had a wonderful time staying at his house, relaxing on his terrace and walking to beach and observing dolphins. The house was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had interesting conversations with Rob. We can totally recommend staying there.

Easy check in nice and clean

Rob’s home is truly a hidden gem. Clean, comfortable, and homey. It being our first time staying at and Airbnb, it was an amazing first experience for us. One that paved the way to possibly trying Airbnb for future travels.

Great location and host! You’re a short walk from the train station, the beach, food & bars. Rob is super easy going and was extremely hospitable (gave a us dinner suggestions, local beach-goer tips, etc.). When we come back, we hope to stay at Rob’s again. I would recommend this spot to anyone

We had to cancel last minute due to the virus break out, my parents are elderly and my sister is very ill, we were unable to visit them because the facilities they stay at would not allow it. Janet’s apartment is absolutely amazing. The property itself is very stylish, well appointed and in a fantastic location (walking distance to restaurants etc). I highly recommend this property - so much so I extended my stay!

Beautifully renovated and excellent amenities made this a very relaxing stay. So relaxing that I extended my stay! Janet was great with communication and check-in. Front desk staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I happen to enjoy outdated decor so that didnt bother us but made us more at home. Also very clean and good value for money! Will be back!

The Belmar inn is about a block and a half from the beach, with nice staff. The only thing that I have to complain about is the room was a bit warm. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely book there again.

I had a great experience at the Belmar Inn. The building is historic (old) and could probably use some upgrades, but it was clean, a great value in the off-season and the location can't be beat.

The Belmar Inn is a great value. Half a block from the beach. A three minute bike ride to restaurants and shopping area. A big porch from which you can see the ocean. Check-in is friendly and helpful. In addition to the fridge in each room there's also a microwave in the lobby for everybody to use that isn't even on their Air B&B amenities list. Is just a great, comfortable, easy-going place in a fabulous location.

Great spot for a shore getaway! Convenience store, liquor store, bars, places to eat all within walking distance. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk so very easy to get to. The studio is small but has exactly what you need. Full size fridge was great! Nice water pressure in the shower, too. Highly recommend for a weekday/weekend getaway.

Very Clean and an AMAZING location for a stay in Belmar. Everything is in walking distance and you get exactly what you need out of your stay.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Mark is a great host. Very straight forward and accommodating. The place itself is in a great location. It’s about 5 blocks from the beach, but it’s on the main street in Belmar which is full of bars and restaurants. It’s tiny, but perfect for 2. Parking was extremely convenient being that there is a spot provided right behind the building. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend others to stay here as well.

The house was very clean with plenty of space in both the bedroom and common areas. Spacious backyard with picnic table, cushioned swing and trampoline. Livija was quick to respond to all concerns and sometimes even stopped by to make sure the house and backyard were in order. Great location and overall experience, I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Livija was friendly and very accommodating. Kyle was very knowledgeable. Close to the beach and reservois walking path. I felt very comfortable, safe and it was very clean. The home was quiet. Very safe and secure area. The bed was comfortable. I liked that there was a TV mounted on the wall in the room.

So clean and comfy! Two families stayed for two nights. The house is truly sparkling clean! The kitchen is well stocked and the living and dining spaces are spacious and comfortable. The host is very thoughtful and there are considered details throughout. Highly recommend.

Ana Maria's home is perfect for a small group, with three spacious bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed having coffee on the porch in the mornings, and dinner in the backyard underneath the string lights in the evenings. The location of the home is also incredibly convenient, close to all of Central Jersey's best beach towns and the train station which leads to NYC. I rent this house for a month. Paul’s place has to be the nicest Air BnB I have ever stay in. His place is clean, updated, and has everything you could need in there. I went shopping for things before I even found out his place was fully stocked already with soaps, laundry needs, and everyday household item needs. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s right on the water and you can watch the gorgeous sunset over the water from the deck. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning at some point.

We were in Brick for a family affair at the Shore Acres Yacht Club and the location was perfect. The home is very clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfy, 2 queens and one full. Although we were there in Mid January there were plenty of places open for food and basic necessities. 5 stars all around!

It was like paradise.. the hosts were awesome ..

Imagine being welcomed by old friends of the family. These two welcome you with open arms. I had a spur of the moment trip and Ms. Christine and Mr. T come through for me making sure everything was good and ready for my arrival, with minimal time to spare. Though we may all go through hard times we are all in this world together, and what are we to do if not to help each other. Thank You for your advice and open ears Mr. T and Ms. Christine. Definitely a stay that will never leave me.

This is my third stay with Christine and her delightful husband. Obviously, I like staying with them. They provide everything you could want in spacious, clean and colorful apartment. Lots of useful amenities in the complete and private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. And a perfect location for my visits.

The space was wonderful everything was very well kept and neat. There was a stop & shop literally up the streets, everything is easily accessible. Wonderful host greeted us as soon as we arrived what's very helpful and pleasant. And cookie the dog is just the best. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Christine and her husband were amazing! I unfortunately was never able to meet Her in person though. When I first arrived, Joseph was very kind and showed me around the place. The Christmas tree & all of his paintings really brought the place to life. Cookie was super sweet too! I totally fell in love with the space and the area surrounding it. It was a very charming place & i’d love to stay again someday!

Katherine's place was amazing! Everything as stated and better. Great communication, clean place and very cool on this hot and very humid day. Having shampoo, body wash etc and plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets was like being at home. Definitely stay again!

Great location, a Stones throw from the beach, and within walking distance of Main St. The ceiling fans didn't work, which might have been nice with the heat, but other than that, it was a great little spot to get away for a few days.

Katharine was wonderful and responded to my questions very quickly. The apartment is very nice and close to the beach, the bars, and main st. where there are plenty of food options. We had six people which was a bit of a squeeze but we managed! The place seems perfect for 2-4 people. Would definitely recommend!

His spot was conveniently located and had everything that we needed! I’m really big on cleanliness and his place was super clean! Derek was communicative, reliable and addressed any questions we had immediately! Highly recommend Derek’s place.

Derek Sasha’s place was perfect for my trip. I was only in the area for a school interview with Monmouth university and the place had everything I needed. Very clean room and bathroom. Bed was pretty decent for just being there for the night. Plenty of street parking and a short drive to the university! Would recommend for a short stay in Long Beach.

Derek Sasha's place was exactly what my partner and I were looking for with our overnight stay at long branch. It was cute and clean with all you need for an overnight stay or two. If the weather was nicer we would have been able to walk to the boardwalk, but there are plenty of ubers in the area. This was a fantastic value for what we wanted.

Perfectly cozy, clean, and spacious home for my trip. I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Joseph, who was responsive and incredibly kind throughout the process, nor of my fondness for this cottage. My sister and I were sad to leave and return home! Wonderful stay.

This was a last minute plan and Joseph answered promptly and quickly. I didn’t expect such a great place for having made last minute plans. The place is very nicely decorated with a lot of room, inside and outside. The cottage also provided us with lots of games and books, while the weather was cold outside. In addition, the cottage is very close to asbury park and the wonderful events they have -even during the winter. We caught a concert and had fantastic dinners. I would definitely stay again. The cottage was not a square room and gave us ample space to move around. The space was lovely to look at with an attention to decoration and cleanliness. By the way great hot water in the shower. In addition, my husband liked the basketball court, he wished he brought his basketball. A very enjoyable stay!

Joesph and his family are amazing hosts who truly care that your stay is as comfortable as possible. They manage to offer complete privacy and make you feel like they are a stones throw away at the same time. The cottage is stunning with amazing decor. The location is superb with the beach a few blocks away, the charming Main Street strip of Allenhurst around the corner , the charm of a quiet and quaint train station nearby with a children’s park nestled between it and the lake complete with ducks swimming by. I would stay again and again!

We stayed for one night after returning from an international trip and appreciated all the little details that made the space feel like home. Although our trip was quick, it would be a great and cozy place for a couple to base their exploration of the area. Amanda was very responsive and is a great host. An adorable studio in a quiet neighborhood in a fun town! A great little getaway! The place was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals when we chose to. There is a family living upstairs that can be heard quite readily but never so early or late that it disturbed us. I would absolutely stay again !

Kens apartment at Point Pleasant Beach is the perfect place for a great beach vacation. The location was super. Just a stones throw to the beach and boardwalk. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Our girl loved the Aquarium and rides. It’s a great place for kids. Rides, restaurants, an aquarium and more. It was a very special time. The apartment was very neat and clean. It looks exactly like the photos. There was everything you needed. Very clean. Even has an barbecue, table and outdoor shower. You even have wi-fi. Airbnb says it doesn’t. But it does. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Ken was always ready to answer any question. I would recommend his place to others. Enjoy your time there.

Roger was an awesome host! He was quick to communicate and made sure we were all set before our stay. It’s very quaint with all updates looks. The outdoor space was perfect to have some morning coffee. Perfect location near the beach!!!

Perfect space and location. If you're staying in Seaside Heights, this is a great place to be and is a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Roger is a great host and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I made another visit to the area.

Roger's property is well located in Seaside Heights, and an excellent value. The recently renovated condo is sparkling clean, and replete with all the necessary amenities for a very comfortable stay. Roger is amiable, and was available from start to finish to ensure my visit was enjoyable.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old son. The location was perfect walking distance to the boardwalk and pier. I also liked that the outside patio was fenced off to give some privacy, and to safely allow my child to roam outside without worry of the nearby traffic. We also loved that he had a washer/dryer in the apartment as with a small child things often get dirty. We cooked in a few times and we had everything we needed to at hand. Roger was very accommodating in allowing us to stay an extra night last minute as well. He was quick to respond to questions via text & checked in on us here and there. We would absolutely love to come back and stay at Rogers place again next year!

Beautiful home that is in a really nice area!! Me and my boyfriend were only traveling through but it was the absolute perfect place to rest our heads for the night, walk to the beach in the morning, then grab a close bite and head off. Very safe, clean, and cozy :) Also for having a dog and being a dog owner I was pleasantly surprised how clean Michelle keeps her home. I definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved Charlie's apartment. It is a perfect homey apartment with a perfect location. The apartment is two blocks from the beach and sits on an inlet of the bay. It is next to a restaurant and a wonderful bakery for some breakfast or dessert treats. If you need groceries you are a 5 minute walk from a small store. We loved being in walking distance from everything and walking the cute neighborhood around the Bay. The apartment is so cute and homey. It has all the amenities you might need: washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, great wifi, smart TVs and a spacious deck. We could cook a full meal and sit around the bay window table looking out at the inlet. It is the perfect beach getaway for a few friends or for a couple to have some quiet time together. The only downside is that the smoothie shop downstairs gives some small buzzing during the day, but it is only a small background noise. Regardless, I can't wait to go back as often as I can for some beach time.

Charlie is an amazing host. Fast responses and extremely helpful. Now for her loft. AMAZING, clean, pretty, had everything I needed and then some. Her workers helped so much when we had snow. Went above and beyond. The bed is perfect with high quality linens. The black out curtains are the best for sleeping in. The lights in the house makes for the best relaxing setting. The kitchen table in the window seating area was the best. I put a cushion down, grabbed a blanket, and read my book while sitting there. If I can post a picture I will show you. This is a great place, at a great price, from an amazing host. I will definitely be back. Top notch, with 5 stars.

Cathy's spot is in a great location, but most of all, she is a very responsive host. She was always easy to get a hold of, which made some changes to my plans very easy to deal with.

My room was a standrard room with closet space, TV and heater. Bathroom was downstairs. I was free to use the kitchen anytime and I was given fridge space. Cathy was really helpful in answering some of my questions regarding the neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay in her home with her 2 big dogs.

This is a lovely, quaint, old-fashioned shore beach house, just a few blocks from the boardwalk and river. Lots of neat architecture around and a few shops within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. One caveat: the only bathroom is upstairs, so might not be the best choice for elderly or disabled. Otherwise, a good value.

Laura's place was wonderful, spotless and so inviting. The house was a great location for us and it is very charming. Loved all the little touches that made it homey. The porch, the decor, the blankets etc made for a very comfortable stay.

Rich was an amazing host! We felt very welcomed. It was in a beautiful little town and very close to the wedding venue we were attending. Rich also left little goodies for us! The beach was a 5 minute walk and the scenery was gorgeous ❤️ thank you, Rich!

Rich’s place was our first Airbnb experience and we have returned for the last three years. His place has become a destination for our family, so when we decided to get married, we choose to bring out our closest friends and family and fill up three of Rich’s houses. Rich is the best host and outstanding to work with. We hope to continue our tradition and be back again for many years to come. Our friends had such a good time that it looks like they will be joining again.

everything was nice. entertainment was given (netflix hulu etc), shower was very clean.. minimal dust throughout apartment.. stylish, modern, very relaxing.. appliances and dishes were provided

Emil’s place was exactly what I expected. If you don’t know the area and are hesitant to book this property, don’t hesitate! This property is located right off 2 main roads in a safe neighborhood. It’s close enough to Downtown Asbury Park and the beach without paying the prices to stay right in town!

We love staying here. I travel for work and it’s located so conveniently . Emil is a great host and responds very quickly to your needs! Great place to stay in the summer months as it is close to the beaches and great restaurant/ bars.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay at! Wonderful accommodations and a beautiful layout of a place! I would highly recommend staying here and will most likely book again when I am in town!

This place far exceeded my expectations. It was perfectly located and loved we can safely store our bikes in the front hallway for no need for parking and moving a car around asbury! The place itself had plenty of room for a second bed (my air bed). It offered all the amenities of home minus some coffee creamer! We would definitely stay again! Cynthia was so nice and a pleasure to talk to and learn from being a resident of asbury! Be mindful it is a walk up. Can’t say enough great things about her spot!!

Cynthia’s stay is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The beach is a stones throw away, as well as the historic stone pony. I suggest this space.

Great location for both beach and boardwalk, and lovely place that is well cared for and very clean. Cynthia is a really terrific host. I stayed there with my teenage daughter and it was perfect for us.

Excellent location, less than 10 min walk to beach! Cute and spacious room. Bed was a little softer than we prefer. Great communication!
