The centrepiece is the 60 m² attic with an open-plan kitchen, fireplace and large couch. Downstairs, there is a sleeping area and bathroom, and outside there is a south-facing terrace, a fire pit and a bridge into the garden. Lake Chiemsee, Waginger See, Tachinger See and Tüttensee for swimming and stand-up paddleboarding. Hochfelln and Hochgern for mountain hikes. Cycle paths right on the doorstep. Out during the day, by the fire in the evening.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
