Downstairs, there is a sleeping area and bathroom, and outside there is a south-facing terrace, a fire pit and a bridge into the garden. Lake Chiemsee, Waginger See, Tachinger See and Tüttensee for swimming and stand-up paddleboarding. Hochfelln and Hochgern for mountain hikes. Cycle paths right on the doorstep. Out during the day, by the fire in the evening.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Between Munich and Salzburg, in the heart of the Chiemgau, 15 km from Lake Chiemsee, lies my apartment in the duplex style. On 68 square meters you will find everything for a short break or an extended hiking or cycling holiday. Start your day with breakfast on the fully furnished balcony, or end it on the deck chair in the communal garden. The apartment was partially renovated in winter 2019/20 and is tastefully furnished. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

You will enjoy your vacation in a beautiful and lovingly renovated apartment, which is located in a historic building - one of the oldest in Traunstein. The "Gütl" is more than 400 years old, has been restored with attention to detail and thus exudes unique charm. In the approx. 145 m² apartment, there is no lack of comfort. There is enough space for up to eight people. Dogs are also very welcome here!
