The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. It has been newly renovated and will be offered for the first time in 2017. It is built in a modern open style, has a gallery with double bed and separate room with two single beds. It is tastefully furnished with antique and modern furniture. Partly the original and over 150-year-old roof chair can still be seen.

Our apartment is located 3 minutes walk from Traunstein train station, in a quiet location, as well as 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shops for daily needs can also be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed and single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all necessary utensils... if you need anything and it is not there, just let me know

Cozy studio with a view of Salzburg

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
