Excellent place to stay in Rawai in Phuket.

Exceptional propertyin a quiet location not far away from Rawai, about 15mins walk. Staff is local and their hospitality is really outstanding. When we come back to Phuket, will book again if available.

Correspondence was saved very early. Both pool and room were very beautiful and had a wonderful time.

I can recommend Zoksons place! From beginn with chek in until our departure was all perfect. Mrs. Tang was waiting for our chek in and every day for cleaning the garden, our terrace and the pool ... gave fresh towels if we need. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and bright. The pool was also clean and huge for swimming every day. The place is quiet and with the garden in front you have your own daily luxury. If you spend some time at Phuket, book Zoson place - you will like this apartment!

We came at night and were welcomed with beverages (beer and Thai gumplings). The hosts showed us everything and on the next morning they gave us fresh fruits out of their garden (papaya, bananas, peppers,) which was great ! They offered us to drive with them to the next scooter rental and also to some of the shops to get some stuff to settle in. We even got invited to a bbq which the house manager cooked and prepared. All very friendly and we felt like warmly welcomed. Even the house keeper was super friendly and offered to bring us some food as we couldn’t go out for dinner. She drove to the best restaurant which was roughly 10 minutes from our apartment and got us something to eat. All in all we are super amazed of how great the apartment was and how good they treated us. We will be back for sure.

Nice villa, Nice location, nice pool, nice owner and house manager. Sophisticated design house, beautiful garden and clean pool. It has a very nice atmosphere to stay while you are in vacation. Walking distance to beaches, villa is actually located at quiet area in the mountain but it still has shops and restaurants near by. But I recommend to rent a motorcycle so that you will have a lot more options to visit. I was surprised that house manager was cleaning pool every single day.She was always nice to us. I feel like visiting here again just to meet her.

Thomas is a wonderful host and has put a lot of time into designing a beautiful space for you to call home in Bangkok. The apartment was stunning. The photos already look amazing but it’s much better in real life. Thomas sent us great recommendations for food and highly recommend you check them out when you stay. If I come back to Bangkok I will definitely stay there again!

This apartment is truly unique. Some people may be put off by the narrow alley full of cats and locals that leads up to its entrance, but I loved the authenticity of it all. Once you make it to the third-story, art- and light-filled unit surrounded by tall branches of trees, you realize you are in a tranquil haven — smack dab in the middle of a bustling, chaotic city. Location is amazing, right by the river and Chinatown. I hope this remains a mostly best-kept secret as I need it to be available when I want to stay here next! Thomas is a great and responsive host.

Thomas’s apartment was an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the immediate neighborhood. The apartment is in a tiny alley that is characteristically old Bangkok. Located two stories above the street, it offers spectacular treetop views and cleverly achieves complete privacy (without compromising natural daylight) from the surrounding buildings. The apartment is stylish and replete with an amazing collection of art. It is spacious and has all basic amenities. The entire apartment is air conditioned. It was a joy to come home to this space at the end of each day of sightseeing. The location right right next to the Si Phraya river and ferry piers can’t be beat. We spent a good chunk of our trip at the riverside, in cafes, rooftop bars, canal cruises and on ferries transporting us efficiently to all interesting sites. Thomas was very accommodating of our early am check in and check out. He gave us great tips on restaurants and cafes to eat. The Speedy Grandma gallery located below the apartment had some ongoing construction work. This and the steep stairs with no landings were the only minor inconveniences. This wasn’t an issue for us but may be for other people. We will definitely consider staying here on our next visit to Bangkok.

Thomas’s place is very stylish and absolutely gorgeous. Location is great, 15 mins away from Chinatown means we were hopping for dinner there quite a few nights after our long day trips.

We are a family group of 20 people. 17 Adults and 3 Children. The house is neat and clean. Staff are so nice. They provided excellent services. Every bedroom has sea view. 7 of them have individual bathtub, shower, toilet. Swimming pool has panoramic view. We really love this place and would like to come back again. See you later!!

Mem & her entire staff totally catered to our every desire from transportation to local stores and ATM machines to waiting on us hand & foot. Mem was extremely responsive to all our requests & very helpful with coordinating a special dinner for us. I loved the property, secluded and beautiful atop a hill overlooking the city. Definitely will recommend to anyone visiting Phuket!!

From the moment we arrived we were taken care of extremely well with the staff being very accommodating helping us get supplies for the house. The addition of food and band for a large group in the evening was dealt with very well and everyone went away extremely happy not only about quality but value too. Mem in particular was great throughout helping us whenever needed quickly and effectively. I would certainly r commend this to others for a stay in Phuket. Thank you

Villa Amonteera is amazing! My friends and I had a dinner reception here for my wedding, and they went above and beyond to accommodate! The highlight of staying here was the view, infinity pool and the staff! The staff is so professional and are experts of hospitality. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Phuket! We had delicious dinner, awesome complimentary breakfasts every morning, massages by the view, and a bartending service. plus, their transportation service was a lot cheaper than taxis! I recommend this place to anyone who wants all of the above in Phuket!

Yanyong is a great host. He respond really quiuckly and is always interested to help his guests. We had incovienient transfer to late night airplane, and he let as stay in his apartament longer, to not to sit on the airport to long. His sister lives in the same building, and she is always there to help. Apartament is clean and has a great view on the city. Also swimmingpool on the rooftop is really nice, and we were there just for ourselves. Also IT has really conviniet connection to aiport by aiport railway and skytrain, which is one minute from the building. Connection from Khao San, and Kings Palace is little bit harder, but we still made it by one city bus Number 503. I recommend this place.

Yangyong was very prompt with responding to my messages. I arrived at 12 AM due to a flight delay and he was still able to get his sister to meet up with me to register my name with security. You will have to meet with his sister upon your arrival to retrieve the key card and also register your names with security. BTS train is literally right outside the entrance. It only cost 44 baht per person and it will take you to most areas in Bangkok. Overall, a good bang for your buck air bnb.

We really liked the accommodation, we were there 1 night at the beginning and at the end of our trip. The host looked after and looked after particularly well, I really have to emphasize that. We landed extremely early and although we could only have checked in at 2:00 p.m., we hurried extra and we were able to check in much earlier :-) The room itself is also nice and the location is within walking distance of shops and a nice market. It should be noted that you can only access the pool with the help of the host and cannot go there on your own. Thanks again!

Location! Right next to BTS! Like 1 minute walk! If you don’t feel like being in the busy city but still easy to access. Close to JJ market. The room was clean and comfortable def for 2 people max. The owner and his co-host were so fast to response and very tentative. Didn’t get to use the pool. You will be required to give the building staff each traveler’s passport info. If you aren’t okay with that, this isn’t the place for you. I was fine with it. Overall, a five star service!

Suttaporn was an excellent host with great hospitality, a great guide of the area, and a wonderful garden spot for relaxation. Sutta's hospitality was beyond superb and can't thank her enough for the stay, especially the guidance on getting through Bangkok (routes for our tourist/temple visits) and the wonderful Thai massage location. Easily an awesome place to stay if you value being out in nature and/or a quiet community.

It was a very satisfying place! There was no air conditioner in the living room, but it was not difficult because of the heat in the room. After seeing that there were many mosquitoes, I took mosquitoes and mosquito repellents. If you are coming, you should bring mosquito repellent. One thing that was unfortunate was too far from the convenience stores and amenities around. It's only a residential area and you have to walk 20-30 minutes along the big road to get to the city. It's great to be quiet but there's no cooking facilities in the hostel so you had to get out of town to eat. The location is far from downtown Bangkok. I moved from Anantara Riverside Resort in Thonburi to Grabtago, which cost about 600 baht tollgate. The host was very concerned about getting to the accommodation. He always talked directly to our grab knight, delivered his destination and address correctly, and coordinated the rates! Thanks to this, even though there was a lot of information, the girls were able to pay for themselves without worrying about the price. I was so satisfied. The garden is so beautiful that you can just relax at the hostel! There are also medium and large dogs in the garden, and I and my group enjoyed the animals. You take care of your garden every day. The host also took a beautiful picture ㅎㅎ ^^ I stayed for 2 nights, the first day was toast and fried eggs, and the second day was home-made Thai noodle. I put a cilantro on the noodle. If you can't eat it, you should refer to it. Overall it was a great stay!

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease. The home is modern, clean, well situated and with a yard that transforms the hustle of the city into a tranquil spot. Coupled with Sude’s hospitality and thoughtfulness, I highly recommend staying here.

Sude is an extraordinary host! She is the best host I have had on Airbnb because of her amazing hospitality and attention to detail! She is very kind and thoughtful and makes you feel very comfortable in her home. She has a beautiful home with a really nice garden and her staff prepared a delicious breakfast for us each morning which Sude would kindly serve us. Sude is also a great tour guide on the four day trips that we took with her to the Damnoen Saduak floating market and elephant sanctuary, Ayutthaya, the Sanctuary of Truth in Pattaya, and finally the Tiger temple at Kanchanaburi and the River Kwai bridge. I especially enjoyed the elephant sanctuary where I got to bathe and feed the elephant, the Sanctuary of Truth which was impressive and beautiful, and the outdoor reclining buddha in Ayutthaya! My mom and sister also really enjoyed their Thai massage experience. Sude's attention to detail is impressive and she helped us plan each day with hand drawn maps and recommendations. She goes above and beyond what is expected like helping us with last minute laundry before our departure! We will miss Sude a great deal and think of her as family. We cherish our memories of time spent in Thailand with Sude and hope to see her again in the future!

Strongly suggest this place for all kinds of travellers most esp for a family group like mine. The host is very accommodating and can assist you immediately to all your needs. The greenery scene in the garden and the sounds of chirping birds in the patio while sipping a cup of coffee will make you relax and energized. Food deliveries also were very accessible if you wanted to just stay at the place. Great place with Great People like Madam Sude means Great Experience and Well Spend Vacation. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

100% recommended good house! There are so many animal specimens in the lobby on the first floor. Living is also very comfortable, the toiletries can be seen to be of good quality. Breakfast is delicious too! Feeling fit to stay here all day drinking tea and writing.

The location is good, the room is large enough, a family of three is fully adequate, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, and scented sheets are washed. I am very satisfied with this check-in, and come back next time. The light rail is only five minutes walk. Many food stalls on the road are delicious and cheap. It is also very convenient to go to the city or whatever. In the kitchen, all the utensils are like bread machines, coffee machines, pots, bowls, knives, everything, just like their own homes, and they are clean. We lived for five days and cleaned by ourselves. When we left, we packed everything up. Like the new house, we maintained good quality and the landlord was happy. Very recommended everyone

We love the apartment! It's really great to go on sightseeing tour from there, everything is close by. The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable! Check in was easy, we got to the lobby of the air bnb and asked the convenient store worker next door to call for Bee’s father (Pimon) who came and showed us to the apartment. Pimon brought us pineapples and fresh drinking water upon meeting us. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is close to Asiatique mall and Sky Bar but far from most of the locations we wanted to visit like the Chatuchuk market and Khao San road. We used Grab most of the time for the convenience. Overall the place was comfortable, Bee was easy to reach and replied quickly.

This place is a great value if you're looking to stay a little bit away from the central parts of the city. Really quick walk to the rail, great amenities, and the hosts are incrediblyhelpful!

Fantastic location, clean and cozy room. This is the first place in two months of traveling in Asia (Nepal, Cambodia and Thailand), including hotels, where there was conditioner in the bathroom! So the place was equipped with the little things that you need. Bee’s Dad was quick to help with anything that we needed at anytime. We enjoyed the neighbourhood and the location was convenient with close access to the Sathorn Pier and BMT. Perfect stay .

Stunning stay with a view. Couldnt have been happier. Phuket town is more of the real Thai feel compared to Patong which is more of a tourist place. We loved our stay here. They also had motor bikes for rental which really made our experience here being able to go wherever we pleased without the high cost of a taxi. Felt very safe in the plaza, having a key to even get into the building and use the elevators. Would recommend this to everyone.

Our stay at the Base condo was fantastic, the room is clean and the bed comfortable. Close to great food and definitely a local vibe, which we loved! The pool was amazing but there is also a lovely rooftop seating area that is more private and allows for a 360 view of the area, our weather was perfect and we went to the rooftop every night. The woman (Jup) who shows you the room is always available to help, sometimes we really needed her and she was kind and patient with our requests. Highly recommend a stay here!

Great value for the price and he always responded within minutes of my Airbnb messages. On top of that he made all the arrangements for a private car to pick me up at the airport as well as one to the take me to my next reservation 150km away.

A very good choice when you are in Bangkok! We loved the comfort of the apartment, the pool as oasis at the top and the location in the center - by BTS or MRT you could reach easily everything in Bangkok. The shuttle service was very convenient but to go by foot to the MRT-station was no problem. During the day there was street noise coming up from the (not so big road), but, as someone else already wrote, in the night it became more qiuiet and we slept very well. The bed was hard but very comfortable! We loked to have breakfast either at home or to go to the nearby food court at Terminal 231 (Pier 21) to eat very good and cheap Thai food for breakfast/lunch. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were very happy with the apartment and its location. It was easily to get to the nearby MRT station or to the Foodland grocery store with the help of the building’s tuk tuk service.

Excellent condo. Easy to go anywhere

One of my favorite things about this place is it is a prominent landmark! You can see the building all over Pattaya and even on the boat to the island. So far the best workout room of any Airbnb I have stayed in. It was great that the host set up a taxi from Bangkok because they usually get lost. She then meets you and takes you to the property. I always like it when you meet your host to check in.

The landlord hostess is very convenient to the station to pick us into the community is a lot easier. The living room is one-third larger than the one-bedroom of Base. The 37-story view can see the sea of Pattaya, the sea facing the window, the sea on the side of the beach, the parachute of the Eastern Princess in the maritime. The centric sea is 15 minutes walk from the Tiffany Simon Theater on the No. 2 road on the north side of Central Road. It is opposite Terminal 21 and about 10 minutes from the supermarket Big C. Go out and sit in a double car and stop. The price is good. I hope that the landlord will put the electric stove on the stage, and the hood will be broken, and the clock will not go away.

As they say, location, location, location. Parichat's place is located near restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls, the bhat bus runs right in front of the condo, etc. Some things which are very important to me were great: fast wifi, reliable wifi, water temperature that doesn't fluctuate while taking a shower, AC that works and isn't noisy, etc. On top of everything is a view that is memorable. I stood on her balcony every night looking at the night lights and the ocean. I am glad I stayed at Parichat's place.

We rested from 15.01 to 03.02, the apartments are excellent, clean, good interior. Surin Beach is 5 minutes walk, 7/11 is also close. All arising issues were resolved instantly. Recommend

Had a great time at Ira’s place. 6th Avenue Surin is a great place The staff at the building, restaurant and pool are very nice and extremely helpful. The room was good. Had small issue with air con leaking and it was fixed immediately. The balcony is nice with chair and table. There is a washer on the balcony which was Really nice to have. The king size bed is absolutely one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in a place. Shower is large and has rain shower. Easy short walk to Surin beach. My favorite beach in Phuket. We watched the sunset every night in the pool. Happy hour 4-6 everyday at the swim up bar.

Kind time of the day, we stayed at Irina a second time, we met service at altitude at the airport, brought, checked in and answered all my questions and wishes as quickly as possible during the vacation :) this time we rented a car and here Irina helped, in general, you want to rest, and not a headache to you here :)

We lived in the apartment for 2 months. Very nice house, the staff is friendly and helpful. On the 8th floor there is a good cafe with decent cuisine: food can be brought directly to the pool, which is very convenient. The air conditioner did not work in the gym for a long time, it took a long time to require repairs, but now everything is already fine. In the apartment: there is everything you need, a very comfortable bed, it’s a bit cramped, but this is a problem for all condos in Phuket. I would like to especially note the owner Irina and the whole team: they solve all issues promptly, once a week they came and changed clothes, towels and did maintenance cleaning (free of charge), which made life very easy. We are very satisfied, I recommend the owner and accommodation.

A lovely place to stay if you would like to get away from the busy streets of Phukets city centre. The rooftop pool has an incredible view to die for. Definitley the place to go for a great relaxing time!

Bang tao and surin beaches within walking distance! I want to note the cleanliness of the apartments, just as if you like a beach holiday this is the perfect place. Something better for this price is likely to fail in this area!

The condo has great location close to world class beaches and attractions in Phuket. Inside I found the bathroom and bedroom to be very spacious inside. The host of this property has excellent communication and will reply in a timely manner when Inquiring about any questions you might have. Also, the amenities like the stellar roof top pool with views of the ocean make this a great relaxing property.

The place is great, very clean, comfortable bed, there is anything you may need, beautiful pool, great little restaurant bar on top.

We had a great time. We loved that the apartment was close to the beach,a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. The rooftop pool was amazing.

Check-in went very fast, was picked up by their own driver at the airport. The trip from the airport to the apartment took about 40 min. 7eleven 10 mins away and spa 10 seconds away. Very nice building with nice top floor pool. Helpful receptionists. The slight drawback was that it was a little bit far from the mall, so took time to get there. Otherwise, this place is highly recommended. The owners were also very good at communicating. 10/10 :)

Great place to stay! Just make sure if you are staying you are looking for a nature experience. Amenities were all fine but this is outside of the city and feels like you’re staying in a jungle. Loved it!

I really like how private this place is. If you're looking for some alone time, being able to stay present & write or read or connect to yourself, this is it. The room is homey and the surrounding is super forestry & green. It's pretty cold at night and just perfect during the daytime. Walking distance to any nice places around Wat-Umong area (Ban Kang Wat, Paperspoon, and other cute lil hidden treasures. The host gave us private interaction, chill and laid back. It's what I was looking for.

this was the first time me and my friend in Chiang Mai and we have to say it was by the smartest choice we have ever made from this trip. the hostess is such a wonderful lady who is just there all the time whenever we need her, even 7:00 am in the morning when my shirt got a hole and i had no sewing kit with me. aside from that, the settings and atomosphere is honestly the poetic and scenic place we have ever been to. you literally stay inside of the attraction spot. i highly recommand this place and i hope everyone can get a chance to experience this immaculate thai hospitality. thank you again!

We had two great days. Two days of rest to cut off our long journey. This accommodation was the ideal place to rest, rest and organize the rest of our trip. Very welcoming people on the spot. We want to stay there longer.

Beautiful tree house “into the wild”. You can’t hear the noise of the city also if you are just 10mins drive from it. Always quick and exhaustive response from the host. Excellent common parts. Everything was great.

lovely treehouse! beautiful space, so green and lush and very peaceful but close to everything I needed to be close to in Pong Noi. The only thing wrong was that the kitchen appliances (stove and kettle) did not work but I could use a kettle from the shared area so no big deal! Thanks for a great stay

It’s a totally unique experience (it’s a tree house!) that I don’t think you’ll find anywhere that close to the city, without actual being in the city. The animal sounds added to the ambiance and there are lots of places to hang out on the property. It can get hot, but there’s a fan and a portable AC unit and they make it more than cold enough. Definitely recommend for a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Location is ideal, close to all amenities. There is a slight hill to walk up to the apartment blocks, but this is not too long or steep. We went to Phuket for our honeymoon and had an amazing trip. The space was great and while we were only 2, it could easily fit 4-6 guests. The view was beautiful and the deck was great for your morning coffee. The location was perfect for us, close enough to the Bangla night life to go out and have fun but far enough away that we could enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening as well. It was a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops in Kamala. Taxi to Patong for only 400 baht. The hosts were responsive and punctual for check in and out. They even let us stay late since they didn’t have guests checking in that day and our flight was in the evening. Would definitely recommend this apartment and location!

Ira’s place was as described, clean, modern, well placed. Nice little bar next to gate down the steps past the very nice pool, also turn right for 7/11. If you go down road alongside “Oceana’s towards the nearer end of beach where you turn right for beach there is a money kiosk which gives good rates. The far end of the beach is nicer, beachfront bars although a little dearer do have the normal happy hours which can make it more acceptable. We liked the Smiley bar, and the one it’s right which escapes me now. Then you have the main tourist street with all the usual things, generally nice food not wildly expensive. The girl who checked us in done a good job and gave us a good contact for car hire which we used. The company is on +66 81 091 8859, ask for Meow. The “Big C” is just across the main road through town , has everything, we got our sim for our phone for maps etc. from there. (if you go down the right hand side of the store and around the back over a little foot bridge a path takes you to the tourist street) At the far end of town about a 700 metres along the road there is a market, lovely food, forgot which days it’s on. Enjoyed our stay there and liked Kamala.

My friends and I loved this space. It was a quick walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. It’s was also a quick ride to Pa Tong and surrounding areas. The space was super cute with great views. I would defiantly stay again and recommend to friends.

This place is ideal for a couple or singles traveling. Perfectly positioned in Bangkok and very close to BTS (less than 5min walk) but there is free tuk tuk to the BTS if you don’t want to walk. Lovely pool and apartment block has a massage spa downstairs with very helping staff and Secuirity. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave and tv. The bed was really comfortable with clean and neat bathroom. If you looking for something simple and modern to wind down from City buzz this place is perfect.

Very good, there are two small problems, the first one is that the landlord does not speak Chinese, but the problem is not big, and can still communicate. The second one is that the swimming pool elevator on the top floor can't go up, only climb the stairs. It is always a very happy trip. The accommodations are all available, and the pots and pans are all available. We also made our own Meal, very close to the beach, just 5 minutes walk. Recommended

Check in is relatively smooth, the environment is not bad, the swimming pool on the top floor is relatively small, because the trip is full and there is no swimming, the room is clean, there is a small balcony. The location of the B&B is quite good. It is also very convenient to buy 711 nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Patong Beach and Jiangxi Cold.

I always book Airbnb Appartement, when i travel. I must confirm that staying and communicating at Loftys Place was one of my best experiences. The Appartement are very well equipped and look amazing. The location ist great. It's perfect for couples. Not far away from the beach and from the loud party area, so you can have a quiet neighborhood which is very near to the center. I strongly recommend these Apartments. The best thing about booking a Lofty Appartement was the communication with the staff. I have never experienced a better communication. The are 24/7 available for any questions or calls. They are very kind and will try the best to help at any time. I used their service to book to trips (James Bond, Hyperboat). The James Island Trip was great. We had a problem getting back to the hotel, cause we had to wait to other group, so we had to wait abt 50 minuets. But it's wasnt Loftys fault so it's not a minus point for them. The second service was the Hype Luxury Party Boat. Well I don't recommend it to anyone who really want a luxury party boat, because it's NOT LUXURY at all. Especially if u are a couple and want chill out lounge music with chilling atmosphere, because it's really not. the promise chilling nice atmosphere at the boat and good snorkeling areas. Due to the bad weather we had to change the route to another snorkeling area. I was asked to sign, if I agree l. Before signing I asked the staff twice, if it's a good snorkeling area(the alternative one) and the staff confirmed twice. 20 min later I asked another person of the staff and he told me that its not a good snorkeling area. It felt like weird so I didn't sign. The second staff member was right. It was the worst snorkeling place. We were allowed to stay 50 min at the new area, then we had to go back. On their website they promised 1.5 h of good snorkeling. They claim on their website (Hypewebsite Not Lofty) that they serve alcoholic beverages. We found out on the boat, that they don't serve alcoholic drinks because of Buddha day. I asked them why didn't they update ist a day before and why didn't they cancel the trip, if the weather was going to be bad. Their answer was more ridiculous than their service. They didn't cancel it because most people have fun, even if the weather was bad and they only knew very late that today is budda day so they didnt tell anyone or sent any messages or mails. That's was the boss answer on the boat. The official website answer (Lofty was very kind and sent them my complain) was that it's very rare that customers order alcoholic drinks on their boat, that's why they didn't need to tell anyone about budda day. The whole experience was really bad. Not to mention the drunk group who bought Illegaly alcoholic drinks on the island before leaving and were served with empty ice buckets to drink alcohol. They were served even from the boss. So to conclude every thing.. Thanks to Lofty the company refunded me for this horrible experience. To conclude everything: 1. I totally recommend Loftys services and Appartement. 2. Best communication ever. 3. DON'T BOOK THE HYPE BOAT. IT'S A SILLY 'WANA BE' LUXURY BOAT.

Breck is an outstanding host. Easy to communicate with and the child was perfect. Most AirBnb I visit have minimal supplies(a few dishes and a couple towels). This villa had full kitchen with everything you need to make meals and feel at home. Other extras are beach towels, mats, umbrellas, laundry, extra TV channels and Netflix. WiFi is strong and evening worked. The location is ideal for going to Nai Harn beach (top ten beach in the world) as well as a running track around a lake and an outdoor free gym. I had one of the best stay at brecks villa. the villa is beautiful and full of deco details with a nice jacuzzi and garden. all windows are down to the floor with lots of lightscoming in. I wish to stay longer there but unfortunately it's fully booked. next time when I return I will definitely stay at his place again. oh and Breckis very thoughtful and helpful to make you feel at home. I highly appreciated his hospitality.

Breck was a fantastic host, all the way from booking through (and beyond!) check out. He was extremely responsive and always got back to us within minutes. He stayed up far too late to wait for and meet us upon arrival and then returned the next morning to help us rent a motorbike. The villa itself is a great, tranquil space for a solo traveler or couple to share. It's very open and airy - we didn't use the air conditioning once (though weren't there at peak heat in April) - and well appointed. The bed is huge, the kitchen is well better equipped than any I've seen in Thailand before, and there is a big screen TV with channels in lots of different languages to please everyone. The bathroom has a nice shower; note: the door does not extend all the way to the ceiling and even with the blinds one can see in from the pool area, so worthy of highlighting for those who are modest or considering traveling with someone who is not a partner. The pool area is an oasis: two sun loungers sit on the patio next to the plunge pool, all shaded by flowering trees and protected from passers-by by a hedge. It is a short walk from the area's main street, where one can find convenience stores, restaurants, massage therapists, and motorbike rentals. The beaches, while close by, are probably best reached by motorbike or similar. We have been to Thailand many times, but not to Phuket for fear of the crowds. We loved Nai Harn and, after exploring other areas on this trip, are confident it was the right choice for us. Charming, not very crowded, close to excellent beaches, and still with the necessary amenities nearby. A great choice!

Had a great super-relaxing stay at Breck's villa. Very glad I used the airport taxi service that Breck recommended as it made my late-night arrival go very smoothly. The villa is just as nice as in the pictures. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. It's a classy spot with lots of privacy. Not sure whether to call it a pool or a tub because it's either a very small pool or a very large tub, but in any case it is about 9 square meters and super-awesome. I dipped into it literally three times a day. The water was a perfect temperature to cool down without being too cold. The bed is great. Internet's great. Everything's great. I rented a scooter, and with it, two of Phuket's quieter beaches--both stunning--are 5 and 8 minutes away. Busier beaches are about 10-15 minutes away. Also there are two beautiful vistas also under ten minutes by scooter. This is a very pretty part of the island and quieter. The neighborhood is more filled with expats than tourists. Recommended, 5 stars.

We had a great stay at Breck's. The house is very comfy, and Breck himself is very friendly and hospitable. The location is close to the beautiful Nai Harn beach. In general I'd recommend others to rent car/motorbike to have cheaper and more efficient trips around Phuket from the villa. I recommend Breck's place!

The apartment is in a luxury condo at the exit of the metro. The view from the apartment is quite incredible but of course the swimming pool and the gym on the top floor are the big plus of this accommodation! The area is quite pleasant, a few restaurants and a cafe just downstairs, and a small market and a large supermarket with a food court 100 meters away, the BTS 1 minute away. Yanyong was also very accommodating because we arrived very early in the morning, we were able to deposit our bags in his sister's apartment and then we were able to check in a little earlier than expected. During the stay he is more than reactive on the messaging!

The location is good, the MRT station exit is right there, and there is a big C on the opposite side, but it is more troublesome to use public facilities (if there is a need), and it is only used once for three days. But the overall feeling is good, I will consider it next time.

Terry’s place is located in a very hip and peaceful upscale neighborhood. The rooftop pool was a delight and there were plenty of food and spa options within walking distance. To get to major attractions like the emerald palace it was roughly $5 USD using the grab app. Communication with the host was extremely easy and access to the building was safe and simple. Overall 10/10 and will return again when in Bangkok.

Staying at Terry’s place was like a dream. The property itself was amazing and very well kept. Also, being so close to the BTS train was great. Easy places to get coffee in the morning. My suggestion is to go to Octave for one night to get drinks, awesome rooftop views.

This is a great area to stay in, the locals are wonderful and Terry’s recommendations are fantastic. I would recommend the driver, it was 500 baht which would have been the cost of a Grab from the airport anyway AND they helped us check into the space which was so helpful for our first time in Bangkok. This was a great stay! Apartment felt more spacious than i had anticipated. The bed was a bit hard but we used the extra mattress thing in the closet and it was super comfy! AC worked great! Location optimal for shopping and movies. Also right down the street was Go An, a chicken rice joint thats super popular, always has a line. Gym view was awesome! Pool a bit too chilly to swim in though. Communication was superb! She arranged for airport pickup and it went very smoothly! We accidentally tripped the breaker and she came and fixed it the same day. We were really impressed by this. Overall great stay and great value and location!

The pool villa is located in a large private community. All around green and very safe. The place is absolutely quiet and the accommodation is well equipped with a small pool. We found the place perfect for exploring Bangkok for a few days and then traveling on through Thailand. Booking and communication with Jenjira were first class.

1. Check in. The flight arrives at Bangkok at 23:30. Contact the landlord in advance to inform them that it may arrive at around 1:00. But the actual check-in was later than 1:00. Beautiful traditional Thai house, it’s great to experience it. The swimming pool and the surrounding are very well kept. If you are planning to spend a lot of time in the more central/historical parts of Bangkok be sure the location is right for you as it takes some time to get there. If you are searching for a peaceful location then it’s perfect. Beds have mosquito nets so sleeping was great. But for the evening I would recommend buying mosquito repellent spray.

Loved staying here. Great view, great location. There are lots places to eat withing walking distance. We wanted somewhere not directly on Pattaya beach and this place was perfect. It only takes a few minutes to get to the main part of Pattaya. But this place was so great that we really bonded with the local places, used the roof top pool every day, it's got a great sauna and it is peaceful. Would stay here again.

Jann’s place is quite clean and cozy in local area. Jann and her assistant Wa were always checking and made us feel more comfortable whenever we need some helps or questions, especially Wa had dealt with our questions with quick response for 24 hours. It’s possible to go to old town for 20-30 min by walk and approximately 20 min for going to the beach area by car. It was first time to visit to Phuket (first time Thailand ) for us and could make new adventure with great place and hospitalities. We already miss Phuket, and absolutely will come back again!!♡

I've had the privilege of staying in some quite interesting Airbnb's over the last few years, but of all them, only three stand up to my litmus test of trustworthiness, genuine friendliness, creative space and well appointed rooms: that being, my favourite Airbnb in Auckland, New Zealand, in Panama city, Panama, and now Amaka Airbnb, here in Chang Mai, Thailand. My hosts literally enjoy providing a first class experience: nothing is too much effort, their staff always attentive and tidy, their cafe immaculate and warm, the provided room, exceptional and comfortable. I will now be making plans to return to Chang Mai for a future trip, just so i can stay at Amaka Airbnb again. I feel I've found a little corner far away from home where I am most definitely welcomed and expected back again soon. thank you so much!

Comfortable room and good value for money in a quiet lane and close to the old town and the Jazz club (for those who love) and Du Fern Forest Café (another jazzy place in a beautiful garden). Above all, Urana is warm and accommodating. We had an airline ticket problem during our stay and she kindly offered to help. Really nice. Address to recommend.

Housing very well placed in the immediate vicinity of the old town. Uruna is very accommodating for the deposit of luggage. The room is nicely decorated and very comfortable, the bed was just a little too firm for our taste. But we highly recommend.

Next time I don't have to search anymore. I will come back for sure.

Honestly this bed and breakfast is so much more than I asked for. Got hotel top notch service in a cute/warm/cozy homey B&B feel. Everything that you can possible need in a stay in Chiang Mai is here. I highly reccomend. Staff were all very friendly and were always trying to enhance your stay. The recommendations given for the local foods are a must(khao soi and fried ice cream cart). The fact that breakfast is included every morning is such a steal! And it’s super delicious as well with choices varying from traditional Thai and the more common western style.

The location was perfect, right next to a train station yet super quiet and peaceful. The decor was super modern, had all the amenities we needed and more!! The best part was Joop, she treated us like her children she was so helpful and caring. We would highly recommend using Joop and her accomodation you will not be disappointed.

The rooms are large, clean and easy to check in. The room was fragrant when entering the room, and the security guards downstairs were very welcoming.

Great Host! The Location is a little far from Nana Station so I reccomend taking a motorbike there or a Grab, other than that, this place is beautiful and close to 2 popular clubs: Insanity and levels. I highly recommend it!

Max’s place was just what my husband and I expected! We enjoyed it for our first couple nights in Thailand. The check in was easy and Max was SUPER helpful and responsive whenever we had questions about how to get around. Thank you Max!

Overall pretty good.

First of all. Max is an amazing host. The communication is just exquisite and Max makes sure you get the exact instruction of everything regarding your accommodation and more with his recommendations how to travel around Bangkok and from and to the flat. The flat itself is GORGEOUS! Super clean (I thought I'm in a hotel room 😜), plenty of little touches, easy access, rooftop swimming pool, aircon etc. Location is perfect. Out of all busy streets so you get princess sleep but very close to all action. Withing walking distance you have place where you can get your coffee and breakfast in the morning or for sleep lovers brunch/lunch. On the same street there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Two train stations within walking distance or plenty of taxi, tuk tuk or motorbike people around. Overall, I'm so happy we could stay in Maxes flat and I would definitely come back and I can only highly recommend.

The accommodation was just great, the swimming pool on the 8th floor was awesome, I am absolutely thrilled. Max was the perfect host, with all questions answered quickly, nothing to be desired.

Very good stay experience, itinerary was determined very early. The landlord was not contacted until after arriving in Bangkok. The landlord responded promptly. The room card is also very easy to access and convenient. It is near the famous Nana Bar Street, but it is not noisy at all. The swimming pool on the rooftop of the hotel is very good and children love it. Not too recommended for children and the surrounding environment is not too good. But we played outside all day, and it didn't matter if we stayed back at night. Shopping is convenient nearby, and convenience stores and pharmacies are close by. Check out on the last day, the host helped us to keep our luggage back, but the housekeeper helped us pick it up. The experience was very good. I recommend his homestay.

Our stay here was great! We just had two nights in Bangkok, so it was a perfect location. The bed was very comfortable and the entire apartment was great for two people. On the last day we wanted to leave our bags for an hour past the deadline to checkout. They were very accommodating and let us leave our bags and then helped us get them when we were ready to leave.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Bangkok. Beautiful building and amenities, every convenience. Alex is a wonderful host, so responsive, and even arranged for a driver for us at a better rate than I could have. Woukd return.

Fantastic appartment in a great location for a great price. Alex kept in touch before we arrived, arranged transport to and from the airport for us and there was lots of little extra thoughtful touches that added to the stay. The appartment was super clean, very quiet and very comfortable bed. Plenty of places around the appartment for eating and drinking and great local places for a massage. Skytrain is literally a 2 minute walk from the appartment which was a massive help. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Bangkok.

Alex’s place was perfect for our stay in Bangkok. Everything we needed was included and the location was extremely convenient. Right next door to a Starbucks and 7 Eleven was a plus. Most of all, the unit was so clean. Alex was very helpful during our arrival and check-in which was most appreciated. If your dates happen to line up when his place is available- I highly suggest you reserve right away!

Great spot for a great value!

Pleasant house in a quiet area. Very pleasant swimming pool and jacuzzi. Vehicle necessary, possibility to negotiate with a taxi to bring you where you want, if you do not want to drive. Small restaurant down the street. David was responsive to all of our questions. I recommend without hesitation.

Really loved the place. Such a beautiful villa with amazing amenities. The Housekeeper Ms. Goi was also very helpful. All in all i had an amazing time staying at the villa and will definitely book the same the next time I visit Phuket.

This villa is an excellent place to stay. There were some issues with the check in process, but they were quickly resolved. The villa is just as presented in the pictures. It is a quiet, wonderful respite from the busy city of Phuket. I would definitely stay here again.

David’s home is a perfect little oasis away from the hustle and bustle, which was what we were looking for, but still close enough that a quick cab ride took us anywhere we wanted to go. The home is lovely, and I especially loved coming home to a swim in the gorgeous pool in the evening. David’s housekeeper Goi was wonderful, and even helped us to get a member of our party to a doctor when they fell ill on our last day. I would highly recommend staying in David’s lovely home, we loved it and we know you will too!

David’s place was very nice and we had a great time there. It’s a peaceful villa with a nice pool and spacious rooms. It’s a little off the main road, but even without a car it’s still easy to get around with the ride apps! Communication was great with Goi, who stopped by every day to check on us and would often bring a treat as well! It was a very nice stay!!
