The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the small tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On the one hand it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

The modern villa has a stunning view of the sea and the mountainous hinterland and is located on 6500 m2 of land on the border of a National Park and is surrounded by unspoiled nature. It is a hiking paradise and is located a few minutes by car from one of the most beautiful coasts of Italy. The decor is bright and modern, with antique elements such as the old chestnut wooden doors, the antique olive pitchers and the vintage lamps.
