Rich in history, this 1924 Spanish Villa has been restored to vintage perfection. Situated on Princess Anne Golf Course with sprawling views. Huge living room, one large bedroom, two outdoor patio areas. Three blocks to the boardwalk, 5 min walk and a 3 min bike ride to the beach. Beach towels included! No kitchen but does include mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot with coffee/filter, & Culligan hot/cold filtered water. Murphy queen bed in bedroom & Queen highend sleeper couch in living room!

My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

The Beach House sits on a lake looking out over VB oceanfront. Located in the Vibe District, a cultural hub for artists and spirits, roosters and restaurants, all within walking distance. We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hour. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. You'll love the outdoor shower! We have a cart, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your walk to the beach!
