The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
