Holiday rentals with beach access in Sa Rocca Tunda

We really enjoyed our stay a lot. Originally, we intended to stay only a couple of days but ended up spending our entire vacation at Davide's place. Incredible friendly hosts, beautiful beach close by. Our stay could not have been better.

We loved staying here! Nilla was lovely and her place is really unique - the art and wooden decor that she has created made it feel very peaceful. The balcony was fantastic overlooking the river, and of course, loved the hammock ☺️ It was great value, clean and good communication from Nilla. The only thing that wasn’t quite so good was the futon bed which wasn’t very comfy. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, although I think it’s always good to get the steps in when regularly eating pasta & pizza! Beautiful location, Bosa is a must visit if you’re not sure where to go in Sardinia. Recommend visiting Cane Malu which was a great location for swimming & snorkelling.

Bosa is a perfect place to stay to explore the central and northern Sardinia. In this season Bosa Marina is very quiet and peaceful but with very few restaurants & shops open. But with a car Bosa itself has everything you need. The apartment was exactly as described and was a very comfortable haven for me and my family. It was also lovely having the personalised touch of Pasquina's books, artwork, etc. around giving the space a great feel. And the view from the windows of sea and sunsets was wonderful. In full disclosure, I will admit that the 4 floors walk-up was daunting and not ideal for babies, small children and those not in great shape! But there view was a reward! Another point that was totally our fault for not noticing before booking is the lack of WiFi. Two of the 4 of us staying had planned this as a working holiday - we managed to find work arounds but WiFi provided would have made this perfect. I must emphasize - it was our fault - nothing was mis-presented in the listing.

Clear check-in instructions are provided. Previously received many videos and photos for access to the apartment and for the "correct" use of the apartment. The location is great, super nice sunset from the balcony or from the sea. The apartment/studio is small but very well equipped. Small kitchen, well suited for simple menus cooking.

Staying with Renato & Mary was a lovely experience as they have such a beautiful place and are really near to the lovely town of Bosa. Super friendly and always happy to help. We really appreciated the small touches of home grown veg for us to try. They also made sure there were key food bits in for us to use so we wouldn’t necessarily have to go straight to the supermarket which was very thoughtful. Marsha the on site dog was also a winner for the kids. Thank you for an amazing stay and would definitely recommended this for those staying in the area. Hopefully see you both again in future 😊

Beautiful little house with a magnificent terrace, it seems to be on the beach even at home, breathtaking views of the sea from the emerald water with the sky that at sunset is painted pink and where you can admire the flamingos that live in the protected area behind. Direct access to the beach is priceless, in an instant you can dive into the waters of the sea or go down for a barefoot walk and get to the beach bar for an aperitif. The Bau House is really a great place to stay where we felt immediately comfortable. Everything matched the description and the pictures. Anyone looking for accommodation near Oristano is very well taken care of here. Daniele was super nice, helpful and had useful recommendations. Would recommend the place to anyone.

francesca's apartment is located in a magnificent pine forest. We found it very clean and totally corresponding to the photo and description of the listing. the nearest beach is not the most beautiful and on tramontana days it is to be avoided

Very nice house with all the amenities you need, even the basics (laundry, shower gels, toilet paper, salt and pepper). The best in comfort with air conditioning. Beautiful terraces to enjoy the outdoors with incredible views. Beach within walking distance for good walkers because it goes uphill on the way back! Quiet neighborhood in the heights. Do your shopping before coming to be quiet but there's a small supermarket to help out.

The view from the apartment was fantastic and we enjoyed every minute of it! The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Claudio was also very helpful and easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable apartment which had everything we needed. A lovely area to explore and we would like to return.

Beautiful accommodation with great location by the sea. Good restaurants in the area, good starting point for things to do (e.g. Sinis). Check-in was uncomplicated, parking was sufficiently available in front of the house. The location directly on the sea is great, but there is a construction site in front of the apartment (renovation of the promenade) and therefore the view of the sea is impaired.

Luca's place is extremely comfortable, equipped with anything and above all in a fantastic location. Lunch overlooking the sea, dine with the sunset over the sea; you have the large sand dunes that surround you. What else??? A home in a beautiful area with still unspoiled nature. We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. The reality matches the photos broadcast and the property is clean and perfectly equipped. Pros: Accessibility to the beach on foot in 15 min so very advantageous not to need to take the car and not to mention a magnificent view of dunes/beach. In conclusion, we recommend this rental .

Very nice new apartment, well equipped and very child-friendly. We felt really comfortable. Communication with Manila was quick and good! The beach is a stone's throw away, parking in front of the house is very tight but you can park well on the street. The only negative point that is probably a problem on the whole island is the water pressure under the shower.

It was one of the best house i have rented from airbnb. Valeria was very kind and helpfull. Everything inside the house, kitchen equipments were prime condition. she even thought to prepare many things for the fist day breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay. everything was perfwxt. the bed was also very confortable. If you travel Torregrande you dont want to miss this house. It worths for the price and quality.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. The sea view is wonderful and even though sometimes it was too cold to eat out, we sat in front of the window facing the sea and so it was almost like being outside! Mauro's father gave us tips on places to go. We had a very good time!

Silvia and Tony, the owners are available and very courteous, upon arrival they welcomed us by providing us with a series of information on what to see and where to eat. In short, it has everything you need for a relaxing and very pleasant vacation It is also in a fantastic location very close to a cliff from which you can enjoy a wonderful view with unforgettable sunsets The house is a great base to see all the beauty that is nearby.
