Monthly Rentals in Sa Talaiassa

Had a wonderful stay at HomeClub Ibiza. From the point of booking, Felipe and his team were in frequent communication with me to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We were met by the friendly Carolina upon arrival. She gave us a tour of the place, telling us where everything was. Throughout the stay we were in communication with Carolina and Felipe. There was a small issue with the washing machine and they had it resolved very quickly. Also, a small issue with the old boiler but they had a new one fitted within 24 hours of us reporting it. Felipe’s team (Carolina, Irina & Irene) were very helpful throughout. The apartment is stunning and in a perfect location on a quiet pedestrian-only road with no restaurants on so very little noise in the evening. Would highly recommend Homeclub. Thanks guys!

Excellent apartment close to anything you need. easy walk to the beach and St Antonio.

We stayed at Can Teo around Christmas and New Year. Marco kindly contacted us the week before to ask us whether we needed anything and shared the instructions to access the finca. It’s located within a 15 minute walk from a cute village, St Josep. A good bakery and a few restaurants were open when we visited. The finca is secluded and offers plenty of privacy. The palm three garden is beautiful, plenty of space for us to do our yoga practice! The finca feels cosy and we had all our breakfasts and dinners there. The rooms are heated to some extent by airco units but we recommend bringing warm clothes when staying in winter time. Marco was very responsive during our stay and kindly left us some good coffee, water and cava for Christmas. We are grateful to Marco for ensuring our stay was excellent and have very much enjoyed our time here!
