Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, including the pond and barbecue area.

The vacation home "Strickerl" is located in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the world, in the Salzkammergut. We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Bei Buchung ist die Saalfelden-Leo-card inkludiert. Das Apartment bietet mit 120m2 Platz für maximal 6 Personen bzw einen geräumigen und damit entspannten Aufenthalt für Familien. Drei der vier Zimmer haben jeweils eigene Ausgänge direkt auf die Terrassen und den großen Garten mit dem beeindruckenden Panorama des Saalfeldner Beckens und der ihn einschließenden Gebirgszügen. Der 700m2 große Garten lädt zum Verweilen und in lauen Sommernächten zu Grillabenden ein. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Haus Wienerroither

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

We rent out our small cottage near Zell am See. Very quiet location on the edge of the forest with a small stream and almost no other neighbors (only two other vacation homes nearby!) Simply furnished, one double bedroom, living room with fireplace and two more beds on a gallery in the living room. There is space for up to three people/children. There's a ladder up! TV + Internet. Small kitchen and simple bathroom! Heating is provided by an automatic pellet stove.
