There are open spaces, an enclosed bedroom with large bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and in addition a fold-out sofa bed (1.40 m x 2m) in the living-dining room.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-family house (three residents). The house entrance is accessible via a seven-step staircase, but also barrier-free via the rear entrance. The apartment (63 square meters) has two bedrooms - one double bed and two single beds - and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is accessible via a small hallway, which is occasionally used by the other residents. The terrace in the courtyard can be used in good weather.
