Both in winter – ski slopes up to the house - as well as in summer – directly at the hiking and bike trails - the house offers an excellent starting point for skiers, hikers, bikers and recreation seekers.

The garden for exclusive use with dining area, barbecue, swimming pool, umbrellas and deckchairs is very popular. There is Wi-Fi.
