VIVEZ VOS VACANCES AVEC DE LA PLACE 🤩 Jolie maison neuve, lumineuse, spacieuse, située dans le bourg de Sablonceaux, mais donnant sur les champs, au grand air. Tranquillité assurée, boulangerie à 150m, commerces à Saujon (4 km). Stationnement gratuit à côté. La maison est située au bord de mon terrain, avec une haie séparant les deux maisons. Je suis donc là pour vous conseiller si besoin.
