This is a spacious home, with a full kitchen, on a quiet dead end road. There is off street parking with security cameras. We offer our guests the use of the t.v./xbox and roku with hbo, Hulu. . We just finished some the interior, but are always trying to improve and update. it's an old house and isn't perfect. We are open to ideas! Let us know if there's any amenities you would like. Betty’s Bungalow is a newly constructed (built in 2021) guest house located behind our home. It has its own private entrance which is accessed through the main gate to our back yard and is completely separate from our house. At 370 square feet, it's comparable in size to a 1BR hotel suite. With vaulted ceilings, the space feels large and more open than a standard hotel suite. Easy access to Highway 50 and walking distance to East Sacramento's shops and restaurants.
