While it is a fairly small apartment it is homely, generously equipped and supplied with everything you need. Location was central and as described with everything on hand. Communication was great and WiFi appliances, tv etc first class…… well done!

Clean linens, everything worked. Really nice view from balcony. Updated tvs, easy check in. No issues at all. Will definitely recommend.

I had a great one-month stay at Stefan’s place! The photos and description were exactly as shown. Stefan and New provided prompt assistance whenever needed, making my long stay smooth and comfortable. The residents and security guards were also very friendly. Fantastic location, fantastic Host, great value! The location of this condo can't be beat! You're 20 meters from the BTS station and downtown in 15 minutes. The area has plenty of local shops from restaurants to salons, 7-11 across the street, and a decent mall with two grocery stores and lots of restaurants just a 10 minute walk away. The photos and description of the condo are accurate. Although it's beside the BTS Skytrain line, you seldom hear noise inside. Great gym with all the standard machines and equipment, pool area is clean and quiet, with shade in some areas in the afternoon. Chanwis was a superb Host! Always available within the hour, and helpful to fix any issue. My access card stopped working, and Chanwis had a replacement card available in no time. He was always polite and professional. Given the location and amenities, along with Chanwis' support, this condo is one of the best values in Bangkok. I've already booked again for next winter. 👍

We stayed 4 nights in total. Very good communication with Frank, he helped us a lot from the beginning to the end. The checkin and checkout time is flexible. The apartment is very beautiful as described, everything is clean and nice. We will definitely come back again. And it would be a loss for you if you don’t think about choosing this apartment in Bangkok.

Good clean and modern designed house. Kitchen and main living space is great. Would be smart to have prearranged transportation or have your own car. Side street can be a bit noisy with the amount of motorbikes zipping up and down it throughout the night.

The overall environment was very clean and also very suitable with children, not afraid of being noisy, and the space was very large!!The bed was a good night's sleep!The host was also very nice and very attentive to help with any issues!!Truly recommend you all💕

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a cleaning service provided every couple of days, which kept everything in top condition. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One thing to note is that they do charge an additional fee for electricity usage average $20 a day, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Book his place now people what are you waiting for?

Had a good stay at Fufus apartment, good location and easy to get around, good communication with Fufu. The apartment itself and the furnitures inside are a bit dated but still working ok, maybe some update will make it better. Thanks very much for hosting me!

Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Best place to stay in my personal opinion. Right next to my favorite restaurants. Few blocks from the mall . Right next to the beach. I get like I was actually able to relax, and get some rest stress free. Beautiful place just like the photos. I will book here every time in Pattaya.
