The fully equipped accommodation, with a surface area of 60 m², is located on the ground floor and overlooks your own garden and terrace, which feature a spa/jacuzzi that is entirely private and heated all year round. You have free access to a 10X4M swimming pool. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee, payable on site: €25

Le Pétrou is, a bright and airy modern house enjoying panoramic views of the valley and the surrounding countryside. The open plan living room / kitchen looks through the window of a long 6m bay on the terrace, pool and view. Flat screen TV satellite with DVD, music system and high-speed WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with a pantry. A bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room with toilet. There is a separate toilet next to thestaircase.

My place is close to the historic center of Sarlat. You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped. Panoramic view of the countryside. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The pool is heated from May to September.
