The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed of 140 x 200, living room with open kitchen solution, hallway and bathroom. It is idyllically located by Akerselva in Nydalen. All amenities in the immediate vicinity and lovely green space just outside the door. Three minutes to go to subway that goes downtown in 10 minutes. Shopping center is in 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment, where you will find, among other things, a grocery store, pharmacy and Wine Monopoly. Walkway straight into Nordmarka and down to Oslo city centre from the apartment.

Great apartment that is suitable for up to 2 couples on tour, family and friends in need of 2 bedrooms. Centrally located with shopping center and public transport right by. Bus to downtown takes 10 min. Walking distance 15-20 min. Airport bus to and from Gardemoen airport close to the apartment. Popular area with many opportunities for nightlife and dining experiences or quiet walks in an exciting small house environment just off the Akerselva river. Large dining table in the living room which can also be used as a base for home office.

Welcome to a soulful, charming, classic and bright 2-room apartment, with an extremely attractive location on Grünerløkka - right by the neighborhood's heart; Olaf Ryes Plass. Lev som en lokal i Oslo! Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted på Sandaker/Torshov. Leiligheten ligger i 2.etg. i en eldre og sjarmerende bygård fra 1910 med felles hage. Det er kort vei til Operaen/Oslo S med trikk (ca.18 min), men også bydeler som Grunerløkka, Sagene, St.Hanshaugen og Majorstua ligger i nærheten. Leiligheten er delvis pusset opp i 2023 med totalrenovert bad og malte vegger. Ny tv, sofa og seng (180cm bred). Arbeidsplass på soverom. Privat vestvendt balkong.

Beautiful home in the heart of Oslo, Grünerløkka.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.
