Holiday rentals with a patio in Saginaw

Our family loved staying at 202 Middleton Rd. AirBnB. It was a beautiful property and had plenty of room for our family of seven. It was nice and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed having the trail close by for a walk. We would definitely stay at Samantha’s place again.

The space was immaculate. It looked recently painted and fresh. The staff were extremely responsive. My phone can't support the upgrade to airbnb and they helped me work around that issue.

Very cute place in a great location. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable bed and spotless. We didn’t spend much time here as we only stayed a night but would have been great for a longer stay

The time spent in Daniels place has been a wonderful experience. He has been very accommodating. The location is convenient with many things to do in walking distance. Tons of restraunts, bars, and activities. If you enjoy a stroll along the river side, its only a block away. The place is very quiet and well furnished. There is onsite security monitoring parking and entry to the residence. If you enjoy the downtown experience, this is the place for you. Well worth the stay.

The apartment is beautiful. Immaculate, upgraded, spacious. It provided a perfect home base for magnificent weekend. I would recommend The Finley Block to anyone looking to stay in Owosso.

I stayed at Chad’s place for Christmas ski trip. The location is great and the place is quiet and clean. Nice decorations. I asked several questions and Chad replied nicely. It’s a lovely place for weekend trips.

We love this space for a quick stay near CMU. Brent is always accommodating and the apartment is always super clean.

I was very happy with the scenery, calmness, location and comfort of the house. Hosts are as described, helpful and very responsive. They we're easy to work with and try to make the stay as good as possible. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house was clean and comfortable and there were games and books for the kids to enjoy while we stayed. There were snacks available for us when we arrived and Ron even brought us over some fresh eggs from his chickens. What a wonderful and hospitable host. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place! The house was perfect for the four of us — spacious, clean, and full of thoughtful personal touches that made it feel so welcoming. Jennifer’s communication was excellent from start to finish, which made everything smooth and easy. The location was ideal, close to downtown with great restaurants, shops, and parks nearby. Jennifer recommended Proper Taco, and it definitely lived up to the hype — a delicious spot we really enjoyed! This was the perfect home base for us as we visited Detroit, Midland, and Frankenmuth, and explored more of Midland too. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

What a gem Clark’s place is! The home itself is gorgeous, unique, extremely clean, and full of thoughtful artistic touches from Clarke. Tons of space and light inside. The house is like an art exhibit itself. We so enjoyed staying here and taking in the house! It’s also super usable— we cooked a lot in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable as well. Beautiful and quiet, private surroundings. I imagine in the summer it’s beautiful too! Clark was one of the most hospitable hosts we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. Not only through the thoughtful touches in the house, but he was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. He came by to introduce himself and walked us through some steps with the wood burning fireplace, and even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy- so thoughtful! Downtown Midland is super close by and has several really good restaurants and coffee shops.

Great Stay! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Good mattresses, linens/towels and amenities; The extras included shower dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, FULLY stocked kitchen, local recommendations, etc.. The driveway has a ton of parking, really nice back porch and front patio, nicely landscaped. We booked for an extended “Girls Weekend” to visit Bronners Christmas Village and The Bavarian Village/River Shoppes, it is a quick 25 minute trip from the house with lots to do right in town and on the way to our destinations. Local Main Street eateries, cafes and pubs were awesome! Host was great, she was friendly and responsive. Definitely on our “to stay again” list for upcoming trips for the local parks, sights and shopping!

Patrick and team are great. Just great. The place was spotless. Even the grill…which was great. Walkable to town…even better!
