The recently rebuilt house is situated on a quiet dead-end street on the main road, where most of the shops, restaurants and cafés of the village can be found. The family beach Mareta is a 5-minute walk away and the surfing beach Tonel at 10 minutes. The house is modern and spacious with lots of light and has a living and dining area on the ground floor, a toilet with shower and an open kitchen with all necessary equipment and bar. Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
