This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for a family with two children . Independent building on the ground floor in the extension of the host's house with large green space and children's games The pool is located just in front of the host's house. Access is allowed on request two to three hours per day. Ideal location to visit the region, away from the crowds, 30 minutes from the island of Oléron, La Rochelle, Royan or Saintes, close to the Vélodyssee and Rochefort.

Our studio of 24 m2, is in the very center of Rochefort, 10 minutes walk from the thermal baths, a few meters from Place Colbert and the Corderie Royale. On the ground floor, very quiet, although the studio overlooks the street. It consists of a kitchen, induction hobs, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge with separate freezer compartment. The bed (160 x 200) is separated from the rest of the room by a decorative partition. Note that there is no dishwasher.
