I am renting my apartment located 10 minutes' walk to Porcé Beach, 10 minutes' drive to Pornichet and 15 minutes to La Baule. The building is secured with surveillance cameras in common areas. it is on the 5th floor with elevator, on a square where there is a Carrefour market, bakery, post office, pharmacy, and Baker. On Wednesday mornings, there is a market in the square. A crib and high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.

Located at 35 boulevard de l 'ocean with a side sea view in the heart of the shopping and family district of La Baule les pins, up to 3 people ( or 2 adults-2 children). Beach 50 metres Fiber Shops (Carrefour Market & Spar, 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, 1 cheese shop, etc.) at the foot of the building. Market twice a week. Bike rentals a few metres from the apartment. Very bright apartment, large corner terrace... 4th floor, lift.

Place de la Victoire, ideally located, close to everything: Apartment recently renovated, cozy and comfortable: Entrance, living area with sofa and dining table, open equipped kitchen, bedroom area with storage, bathroom, separate toilet. Very bright 25 m2 studio on La Baule, Casino district. 4th floor with elevator. Beautiful unobstructed view of the city. Quiet area. Easy parking + bike storage. 500 m from the beach. 950 m from the market. 1.4 km from the train station and 1.3 km from Avenue de Gaulle. PS: mattress topper for more comfort and due to some negative feedback on the initial mattress, put in place since July 30, 2024.
