Apartment rental in the center. Very warm, free WiFi. Surface of 27 m² and balcony of 5 m² Ability to do anything on foot. 2nd floor without elevator, south west facing, not overlooked. Train station and beach 300m away, Market 400m away, shopping avenue 100m away, Supermarket 100m away. No private parking space but free parking at 50 m. Linen provided upon request. €20 for sheets and bathroom linen for 2 people 1 bed, to be paid upon arrival. Extra €10 for the sofa bed

Pleasant cottage in garden, right in the center.

Simplify your life in this peaceful and central place. Very well located, all within a 10-minute walk (beach, SNCF train station, direct TGV to Paris, market every day, shopping avenue, a small Carrefour Market, bakery) I live next door in the same garden, so I will be at your disposal, but the whole garden will be yours as well as the garden furniture. I can possibly add a 90 cm folding bed. the shower room and separate toilet have a window.

Welcome to this great studio renovated in July 2021. Located in a luxury residence on the 5th floor with elevator in the district of Grands Hôtels and Casino, it is ideal for a family stay or a stopover bauloise. The decoration is modern and neat. The apartment is fully equipped, has air conditioning and a balcony with partial sea view. Parking is free in the parking lot of the residence. The beach is at the end of the residence.

Ideal location for a nice 2-room 30 m2 Loi Carrez. Located on the harbor, with sea views, 150 meters from Nau du Pouliguen beach, the bedroom overlooks the pretty Pouliguen Park. Everything is within walking distance, the market, the shops, but also the famous Benoit beach of La Baule, as well as the wild coast, with its coves and magnificent landscapes. Possibility to rent bikes. The train station is a 15-minute walk away.
