Ideal place to discover the region: 10 km from the sea (La Baule/Pornichet), 11 km from the salt marshes and the medieval city of Guérande, and 2 km from a port in Brière. You will stay in an atypical cottage, in stone and exposed beam, with an outdoor space to enjoy the sun's rays and calm.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

85 m2 house with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a fenced and wooded garden. Ideally located 5 min drive to the beaches of La Baule and the walled city of Guérande. You can access the space via a private driveway secured by a gate and park your vehicle right in front of the loft. Guests have a private terrace and garden.
