Nestled on the heights of La Baule, close to the beach and forest, this charming house in longère renovated and decorated with care welcomes you for a stay combining harmony and comfort. Our capacity is 3/4 people with a sofa bed on the ground floor in addition to the bedroom with its 160 bed. Toilets and linens are provided. We offer wifi access and calm. For sunny days, a large terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture and BBQ invite you to relax and lounge. Our rental is located in a residential area of La Baule close to the center. We benefit from all local shops as well as the Escoublac forest for walking and jogging. The beach can be reached in 20 minutes on foot through the forest and the Lajarrige district.

Two properties available, one sleeping 4 and the other sleeping 3. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two properties, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is in a quiet location surrounded by nature, close to horses, and offers a lovely view of the sunset. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a small tourist harbour. Beaches 20 mins away. Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

"The Black Horses in Brière" Our 70 m2 cottage in an old renovated farmhouse is a stone's throw from the port of Chaussée Neuve. In the heart of the Guérande peninsula you will have a quiet stay. The cottage for 4 people maximum, is on one level, and adjoining our house. Our horses graze around the house, cohabitation with dogs is not possible. Natives of Saint-André-des-Eaux, we will be happy to help you discover the gems of our beautiful region.

My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet and you can park your car in the driveway of the house. The house is not accessible to PRM.
