Located close to the center of the village, on a plot of more than 2000 m2, fenced and wooded, the 140 m2 villa is composed as follows: On the ground floor: beautiful living room with fireplace, beautiful fully-equipped modern kitchen with access to the covered terrace, a separate toilet, and a beautiful master suite (160/200 bed, child's extra bed) with private shower room, overlooking the pool and garden. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 & 1 bed 160), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Charming 19th century sheepfold, nicely renovated, former outbuilding of the Château de Mentone surrounded by greenery and vines. It consists of a ground floor including an entrance, a living-dining room, a fireplace, an extra sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. We will welcome you to our quiet property, a 15-min walk from the charming village of Cotignac. We'll be happy to share our pool. Cotignac is a famous Provençal village, 1 hour from Aix and Marseille, the beaches of the Var coast or the Côte Bleue, and 30 minutes from the Verdon Gorge and its lakes. English spoken.
