Tranquille, aucun vis à vis, calme et serein apart quelques canoës et la chante des oiseaux . Cafés, restaurants et boutiques sont accessibles à pied. Vous apprécierez la vie du village avec le sens d’être en campagne. Le jardin est idéal pour petits chiens avec les murs autour.

Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

This charming peaceful accommodation, 20 m2, offers all the comforts in the heart of unspoiled nature. You will enjoy a private Nordic bath, many hiking departures in front of the house and an ideal location in the heart of the Bastides Albigeoises circuit. The independent chalet is located on our 7000 m² plot of land adjoining our house.

Located on a 2 ha property, not overlooked, the house overlooks a shaded clearing, and which gives access to the river and swimming. The terrace faces south. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
