"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

In the Indre Valley, between Tours and Loches, in a quiet, idyllic riverside hamlet, a small gîte for 2 people with a separate entrance on the ground floor of our Art Deco villa (we live upstairs), featuring a terrace and garden, plus access to the swimming pool from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owner on a timeshare basis), and a TV in the living room/bedroom with Netflix access. The Secretariat

The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture. From 05/15 to 09/30, if weather conditions permit, you can enjoy the heated and secure pool. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. We can provide you with baby accessories:

Available on the same level, an equipped mezzanine: kitchenette, non-convertible sofa, table, 2 refrigerators, microwave, classic mini oven, two coffee makers (one with filters, the other with Nespresso, Dolce Gusto or Senséo capsules), kettle.
